I tried a few other Knorr cup flavors before and the Mexican Rice and Beans is the best so far. The cooking instructions are perfect to cook the rice and beans. It makes a great tasting side dish. The rice and beans offer a hint of spice, enough to give your dinner a hint of Mexican spice.

I saw the Mexican Rice and Bean Cup and thought it would be a great side dish. One day I was feeling lazy and wanted to make a burrito, and remembered I had purchased this rice cup. It turned out great, and was so fast and easy! I will definitely buy more.

These are tasty and easy to prepare. I keep a few in my desk at work for days when I don't have time to bring a lunch.  They taste great and are very filling.

Fast, Convenient And Delicious

Knorr Mexican rice is a way to instantly add a side of Mexico to meal. The instructions are easy. Just add water and microwave. Easy enough even my kids can cook it. The taste is delicious with a minor kick of spice .

Instant Side Of Mexico

This little cup was perfect for a lunch and it cooked up in the microwave which was convenient and quick. I would recommend leaving it for at least 10 min after microwaving for optimal texture, because it was a bit soggy until the liquid fully absorbed.

I love Mexican rice and beans, so I was hoping that I would love this cup.  All I can say is that it was okay and it would do if you just want something quick and easy to prepare.

Not as great as I hoped

The rice is tasty but too liquid. I tried adding less water than the water line, but it's still too liquid. Other than that, it's a quick and easy snack if you are too busy.

Almost like a soup

I was disappointed with this. I didn't have high expectations but the rice was gummy and the dish had no flavour. I had just bought it to have at work for if I forgot my lunch. But I could only eat a few bites and then I threw it out.
