I am having an arm life then later shoulder surgery.  I need to be sleeping in a more upright position and don't own a recliner. Even if I did I want to sleep in a bed. Here is why this works. The extra size covers your entire spine to your head. It matters. A smaller edge won't offer the comfort and support.  Ignore the cost because it's worth every dime. The materials are luxury and I will be using this after surgery too for relaxing in bed watching TV. Yes, it's that nice.  Soft, yet supportive. Full length to provide spine support.  Way better than propping pillows.  OH!  A bonus is I am a side sleeper and this actually is comfy enough I don't have that constant desire to turn over!  That in itself is worth the cost. Hip surgery?  This is for you. Shoulders? Arms?  And you can easily get out of bed!

Love it already! Just came  today. Ordered 2 sizes. This was perfect to elevate my feet. My ankles and legs feel great! Wish I ordered one sooner. Love the angle and support; I appreciate that it has a cover that can be washed.

I can't say enough ....spend the money and get the high quality version that is 31 inches wide!
Makes all the difference in the world, you don't feel like you are going to roll off ...and I have room to put pillows around it's allowing me to sleep the best I have in ages.

So if you snore or have acid reflux or both like myself  then this is the pillow for you .  This pillow  is extra big  and sturdy  great for a plus size gal like me  . Has a washable zipper top. Nice firm wedge worth the extra money.  My sleep quality has greatly improved. My family said my loud snoring is gone .. we all sleep much better now thanks to this pillow .

Snoring and acid reflux

Sturdy but soft!  High quality wedge perfect for a person that needs to sleep elevated but doesn't want a pain in the neck in the morning.

Price could be better. But, other than that, the comfortability, quality %26 texture along with performance is all good.

It's very supportive, which I need with  acid reflux. Highly recommend.

Comfy!

If you have anyone  with severe gerds  or acid reflux this pillow is a life saver.

The feel is nice and the fabric is also nice, but unless you are a huge person, this is not for you. It is way to large for the average person, and not at all recommended if you are a small person because you will slide off of it and be mostly uncomfortable if you are using it to sleep.

Not recommended for average size people

This is not 12inches tall. It is 6.5 in tall. I bought this for my husband who has chiari malformation and can't sleep flat on his back we already have a wedge that is the same height as this one. so disappointed.
