I'm very happy with this recliner, no problems to note with it so far. I'm a big guy, 6'2" and there's plenty of room, and everything is nice and sturdy. It has nice soft fabric and is very comfortable, while still being firm enough in the right areas. The heat and massage functions are nice, love being able to control the massage to several different body areas, or simply use them all at once. I've never gotten a recliner with features like this, and plan to use them frequently. The chair has 4 pockets, 2 on each side that are large enough for a laptop, books or whatnot. Overall a great purchase and I would highly recommend this recliner.

I do wish the massager was better, its more like a steong vibration rather than an actual massager. Still super happy with the chair overall!

Sits really good love the swivel rock. The heat is good too. I bought the light beige. its a light cream color. Its beautiful.  And cleans well from dirty puppy feet at our house.

I love my chair, and the delivery was quick. Thank you Korser, and Walmart for making my purchase,and delivery a great experience. I would recommend this chair to friends, and family.

Great recliner

I really like this chair. I bought two dark grey. Easy to assemble. I didnt give five stars because its not as plush and soft as id like but i dont sot around all day so it was fine. The massage is more of a vibration but thats fine too bc i bought it for looks and value, not bc i needed a massage. Im impressed overall and happy w my purchase.

Good purchase

Overall, the chair is a good value for the money. It did need a few tweaks. For example, the right side arm rest sits too low, leaving a 2" space between it and the backrest. The other item is a manufacturing problem. I feel the seat sets too low to the ground. It'd be better if it was about 2 or 3 inches higher. I believe the specs show it as being 20". However, it is only 18". Which is way too low to be able to sit down comfortably.

My husband and I recently purchased this recliner in preparation for the arrival of our baby.
After opening the package, we discovered that it has a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, this makes it unsuitable for use—especially with a newborn in the home. We were very disappointed, as we expected a new, clean product.
We would appreciate a prompt resolution, as we need a safe and odor-free chair for when the baby arrives soon. As of right now, I would not recommend this product because no one wants to deal with this, especially right before the arrival of their baby! If all can be resolved, we will be happy. The chair itself is a good size, comfortable, and easy to assemble.

bad smell

Don't waste your money. I've only had it for 2 weeks and the recliner is no longer working. I'm really disappointed because the massager on the chair is amazing, and it's really  comfortable. This was brought for my nursery and my baby hasn't even been born yet.

One of the chairs has broken on the back side.  Not worth the money. Have had it not even a month. Facing the chair the right side just popped when you sit in it and goes lower on that side.The right side back or the left side when you are sitting in it.
