I bought this chair because I can't lay flat in my bed after my C section. It's VERY comfy and was super easy to put together. It only took about 25-30 minutes to assemble. I don't have to do any stretching to reach the buttons to put my feet up and chair back. VERY nice. Thank you! HIGHLY recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife. I tried to sit in it and it felt a little weird to me, but she got used to it within 2 days and now she loves it. Her exact quote is "chair is very comfortable and awesome".  it was very easy to assemble. I read one review before we bought it that said the holes didn't line up.  At first I thought our holes didn't line up correctly for the footrest, but after I started turning the screws everything was perfectly square.

I am a female in my 70's and the assembly went well on my own, however I asked for help sliding on the back. It's a very comfortable chair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zipper on one of the chairs was sown on wrong. The zipper between seat of chair and foot piece was sowed opposite ways? Will have to rip out zipper and have it sown on correctly.  Other than that great item. thank you.

The chair is a total waste of money, and the seller does not respond!!  Assembly for someone over 60 to put together on their own and align is nearly impossible and the metal guides are too close to the seat when placing your feet across your toes and feet hit the front one in a lay down position to adjust seating your hands are cut up.  The chair itself either the circle foundation is bent but the whole chair leans to the right and is totally not comfortable if you lean to the table next to you to get something you will end up on the floor.  The material faded after a week and trying to return the seller is silent. 
Getting up and down leaves you rocking and hoping you don't go head first on the floor with no one to help pick you up - Getting old is not fun but at 64 I thought this would not be such an issue with the picture, If I had a truck and someone to help pick up at a store I would not have had to stoop to purchasing something untested by sitting in it and having it delivered.  A total waste of $350.00 for something I can never use or return.

Save your Money for a chair you can sit in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is literally the worst chair ever. I put it together and got to the last step, and the zipper I was supposed to zip was sewn on backwards. The chair is small and hard and uncomfortable and very low quality. Will be returning.

The foot rest is not properly aligned to be attached to the chair itself.  There are predrilled holes in the leg rest  attachment  that  are not properly aligned  and cannot be attached to the chair for use.  I have been sending requests for assistance almost one month now and no one  has responded.  Please make the chair useable for a better review.

Poor alignment of predrilled holes, can't assemble

I am disabled and this chair is much too low to get out of. With out severe pain and almost falling  i have to donate it   Cause I through out the box I wasted my money. It would e ok for a short person . P

I've only had this chair a month. Just after 2 weeks the chair started squeaking on one side whenever I would move. I only weigh 130 pounds! Then it started making a grinding squeak sound whenever I move or recliner the chair and I am not finding a return option for this defective chair. I've contacted the seller so I'll see what happens. I am not happy.
