Surprisingly good, used for Hot Pot.  I might try and marinate them to see if they can enhance the flavor

Pretty Decent!

I was a little curious and didn't know what to expect from canned quail eggs but they're REALLY good!

Surprisingly Delicious!

Taste great!

Slightly rubbery compared to western Canada free-range quail eggs and the yolks are a bit more pasty, not as firm, but I've found an average of 23 per can, so value of not having to boil and peel two dozen eggs (especially when some will break on peeling anyway) to get 23 perfect eggs is a no-brainer, especially if you are pickling them.

Decent for the price

I used to buy quail eggs that are from Thailand. Those are better than Kosa Can Quail Eggs in terms of quality. But this is just based on the first two cans that I opened and used. I hope they're not all the same.

These are super tiny (about 10 in the can) Rubbery thin egg white part, the yellow part has a creaminess but no flavor. No egg flavor %26 no flavor of an egg just very bland but not satisfying even with a few made like an egg salad or added to a tuna salad.
