so far so good. bigger than usual small 5000 bru units i buy. i needed the heat option and excellent price. comes with wifi and app. very efficient cooling. standard white noise. some tips about installing, you have remove the outer cage/ shelf to mount on window. if you follow instructions carefully you be okay.to remove cage shelf squeeze front panel from the sides inwards like pinching soneone  and lift the front bottom upwards  , little bit force the unit slides out of cage. mount cage on sill. slide unit back into cage. so far im impressed. bought the protection plan. great for rentals

I bought this unit to cool my Tiny house.  I converted a shed to a tiny house and bought this unit for the bedroom area and it has done its job very well.  Now I am using the heat side and it is keeping it comfortable in the space.  It is a little louder then I enjoy but I have adjusted to tuning it out.

Keeps me comfortable

I gave it 3 overall because the ac works great. but the great only blue cold air. so I need to now buy a separate heat unit. if I just wanted ac I would not have spent so much in a unit, the plenty of cheaper ones that only do that. of course, I didn't need the heat when I bought it so I just now discovered it doesn't work.

yes just got this  an put it i. the window  .the reason i bought  this is for the heat part .my duck work  out on my mobile home .an i needed something  withheat  . so wouldnt  have to use heaters .well  the heat doesnt put out .all its doing is blowing out warm air   not even hot air to heat it   so i will be returning  it

I didn't understand why so many people are like... oh it's my fault I ordered it ...   THIS WILL NOT WORK IN A STANDARD WALL OUTLET.   nothing I saw indicated that.  I really wish I had read the reviews.  you need a freaking electrician to use this thing.  it's huge, heavy, and currently a $400  piece of uselessness.  I'm so angry.

Do not buy for heat.....and I assume, like me, that is desired since a cooling only air conditioner is much less expensive.  Does not blow very warm air and won't warm things up over 60 degrees max in the room.  I should have read other reviews because I am not the only one complaining of this.  Haven't used for cooling so can't speak to that.

Doesn't heat well

PLEASE, do not buy this item. I was very disappointed after paying to have the unit installed, pressed the power button and nothing happened, after trying and trying finally a little heat came on but I had to stand directly in the front of the unit.

this is absolutely garbage I paid $400 for trash I'm on the verge of having a heat stroke because they put a weird plug on it worked for 24 hours and then it quit after I spent $30 on a plug
love this if you are the dumbest person on the planet

Warning: the plus does NOT fit a standard US outlet! I discovered this AFTER seeing the whole thing up… unwrapped the cord and saw it has a different setup than a typical three prong US electrical item. :(((
