I was looking exactly for this. It is not sticky and blends well. Doesn't feel sticky , it has magenta Color tint and it's not Matte finish. It is indeed sheer and after application in some time it gives  a color. This shade is good for college going student or workplace. Overall, I recommend this product.

Having combination skin that's more oily i needed something matte i prefer this over the dewy version. . I  love that this powder has a matte finish it creates the perfect matte  canvas for my makeup I love that the coverage is buildable and it's the perfect tone for my skin color

Buildable coverage and a flawless matte finish

im not a fan of the mascara wand, but love this mascara. its a decent formula, it didnt leave my eyelashes crunchy. it applied nicely and washes off easy. the tube is shaped like a telescope and is cute. it definitely made my lashes look long and full. 

pro tip girlies!! use organic castor oil (i use sky organics i believe) twice a day after washing your face to promote healthy, full, long lashes. use castor oil and let it "dry" before applying mascara and it will apply easier.

I've used this mascara for years and years. So long I can't remember. It makes the lashes look so long and full!! One of my most favorite mascaras. And you can't beat the price! The wand has just the right about of flexibility and bend to work perfectly with your lashes. It separation the lashes relatively well too. The brush itself is one of my favorites. The bristles are just the right size. I typically get blackest black. The color is dark and pigmented.

This mascara is the real deal! It delivers what it promises: it curls, it volumizes, and it most definitely lengthens. I've used other mascaras that have made these promises but they failed miserably. Do yourself a favor and try it.

The real deal

If you're on the fence about buying this powder girl BUY IT! It's so good , flawless, very fine powder looks good over any concealer, I use milani foundation then , Revlon colorstay flex concealer then this powder on top it's chef's kiss. Works like high end powder after concealer I use a light layer and press it then I go back and put on a little bit thicker layer and leave it on to bake then after like 5-7 mins I then press in and spread all around my face and note I do have lines under my eyes which I hate and this powder is so smoothing it basically smooths out the lines it literally looks airbrushed , just buy it!! I'm a medium skin color and I get shade 15 light.

No, really, I love the that I can add a touch of color for a subtle blushing looking AND/OR layer more for a bolder look. This product is definitely versatile and exactly what my makeup bags needed for every-day-of-the-week.

This mascara is great if you are looking for length and curl. I usually use L'Oréal's panorama mascara which gives more volume. I don't like using a lash curler and this one actually curls my lashes and keeps them up. In the picture, you can see this. Also, I have oily skin and this didn't smudge.

Curls and Lengthens

nothing special here, I put it on and let it dry, it felt a little sticky the entire time, and didn't last as a tint at all.  disappointed in product, would not buy again.  it did tingle a bit on the lips too as stated.  wish I could return it, won't continue to use it.

lip tint poor effects

Not sure why people are rating this as a 5 star mascara. It barely deserves even 1 star. The lash applier on the wand is tiny and barely holds any mascara, so when you put it on, it barely changes the lashes at all. My lashes looked like super thin spider webs. There's NO volume whatsoever and it doesn't provide any curl or lift. I'm convinced the 5 star reviews are FAKE and were probably reimbursed in some form. There's no way that so many people like this mascara.... Unless they've just never tried anything better. I used it twice then threw away the whole bottle. What a waste. NEVER AGAIN! Buyer beware.... Don't waste your money!!
