I prefer a lippie that will stain, rather than something that wipes off onto mugs, cups, utensils, clothing, etc.. I have serveral of these, and will continue to add more colors. This color (summer fling) turned out to not be one of my favorite, but it is still a more basic nude color if that's what you're looking for.  I ended up coming back nd buying the color  "Seductress" which is a light rosey nude which works better for my skin tone and it's perfect! It is a matte finish which looks great, but you can still put something over it without losing the color underneath if you'd like more of a shine (which is what i often do).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a pretty pinky nude! It is a little light for me, but with a brown lip liner, it creates the perfect nude for melanin gals! It is long lasting with having to touch it up only after 7 hours of eating, talking and sweating. It does have a sweet scent to it, but it does not bother me. I loved it so much that I bought a back up! Highly recommend!

I have used every brand of long wear matte liquid lipsticks out there, a couple only have I really liked and have been using for years (not referring to color…..but how they feel, how they do or don't transfer, if they are tacky, or too drying, if they eventually start coming off in little pieces ;that drives me nuts!!) and how long they stay on/wear. I am in AWE of this one! The bad reviews? I say they are doing something wrong in the application or ??? …. This is the only one that feels nice (not tacky or drying….feels like you have nothing on!) Nice color (but I'd love to see more nudes!), and wow, does it last!!!! No transfer (but, hello, let it set/dry before freaking out!)…..I put it on during the day and on it stays, beautifully, even if I don't take it off before bed, it's STILL on the next morning! Wha-what? I can't feel it, lips still don't dry out, still no flaking off, just there. Amazing? Yes!! This girl knows lipstick. I never leave my house without my lips beautified….Ever. Even to walk out to get the mail! (=  Not having to touch up very often, if at all. All. Day. Did I mention it stays on all day? Thank you and I love you for creating this. Holy Grail of Long Lasting Liquid Matte Lippies!

Love the color! I have been using an expensive lip stain for many, many years. This is not a stain, per se, but lasts very long, probably around 8 hours, even after eating, drinking can remove some of the product if you wipe hard with a napkin. To apply, you need to wipe as much of the product off into the tube, so there is no product on the applicator. After applying, gently blot your mouth on a tissue. You will be ready to go! If you apply directly from the tube without removing as much of the product as you can, you will have a HUGE MESS!

I love this lipstick! I've never had one to stay on so long. Lasts through eating, drinking, even sleeping! It's literally still mostly there the next day. The colors are beautiful and so creamy and easy to apply. Great matte finish. Tube lasts a long time too.

The absolute best lipstick!

Thus L'Oréal le matte resistance Lippy color shopping spree is really nice. Goes on nice and dries fast. The color is close to natural but a bit darker. Really pretty. Although it will be a bit different on each of us. No transfer with kiss. No transfer drinking coffee or eating chicken parm. A little came off with each, coffee and chicken but it was still pretty much intact. It comes off from the inside if lip so if you have nice lips you will do great with this. My lips are thin and it wears off from the inside out much faster. L'Oréal is a good brand and you will be happy with this. I don't think anything  lasts the whole day and looks like you just put it in. Give this a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek packaging it comes in. With one swipe you're getting a ton of color you're not sitting there packing it on. The color applies flawlessly, with no sticky feeling. I was really surprised that it last me all day long and made it through breakfast and lunch and various drinks throughout the day without me having to reapply. It's a nude with a hint of brown and pink in it. I was surprised at this color worked for me. Overall, I absolutely love it. I'll be wearing it all summer and fall! Definitely a natural looking color.

Perfect lippie

L'Oreal Paris

This has been my go to for YEARS! The original version of this product lasted me ALL day (from 7:30am until 10:00pm). Loreal has rebranded this and clearly changed the formula becuase the newly packaged does NOT even last me until lunch now. I am in search of something like the original version. Maybeline has one that I am going to try. I am just sorely disappointed as to why this was changed. Picture is of original packaging that works.

Disappointed with new brand

I had high hopes for this all day lipstick. I bought the color Major Crush.  Very pretty color. Applied to clean lips and let sit for 15 minutes before eating or drinking. Use the back of my hand to test the “no transfer”claim, and it totally failed. Definitely false advertising. Also after two hours, the center part of the color is all gone, and only the outline of the color remained. Sure would like my money back on this one!

Big fail on the “no transfer” and all day wear

Doesn't last more than a few hours. Takes forever to dry. Transfers onto everything you touch even after the Color is almost gone.   Very disappointed with this new formula 
The old formula was amazing and so were the colors. All of these colors are either pink or have an orange tinge to them. L'Oréal has definitely lost me as a customer over this.
