This is the best hair color I have found that will actually cover gray hair and keep it covered for an extended amount of time. I even have a white streak down the back of my hair which is the hardest to color and it actually hold! But this product does and has for as long as I have used it. I found Lorel permanent hair color probably a year or more ago decided to give it a try because I was tried of spending so much money getting my hair colored! This has been my magical find! Just so you all know I am natually a brunette with a hint of red, so I am not steering to far off from my natural color. But with this product you will get a nice long lasting beautiful hair color. Of course you do have to make sure you follow up with the proper after care for your hair color or it will fade faster.

The color came out is not as blonde as stated., I think it depends on different hair original color; The result might be varies. The only thing I didn’t use was the comb attachment for the color. It was hard for me to use without feeling like the color was going to drip down my back. The fine tip application did great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think my hair is too dark for this shade. It just gave me a subtle hue. Overall it's easy to use and the instructions are clear and concise. My hair feels really soft and even softer than before the process. I like that it includes the shampoo and conditioner. Normally it's just a conditioner that is included. It did cover up my grays which is a nice touch up for me.

Great in between saloon coloring

I liked that it was thicker and didn't run all over my face or drip everywhere. It didn't irritate my scalp and I didn't have any reaction to it. It gave my hair a nice even color and looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received complementary from L’Oreal Paris and Influenster the L’Oréal Excellence Creme permanent hair color in 6 Light Brown to try then give my honest opinion of. I’ll start by saying that I have a good bit of grey and silver throughout my hair. This hair coloring did a very good job at covering my greys. The silver still had a pretty metallic look to it. You get a shampoo and deep conditioner with the box, the conditioner is big enough to have multiple uses. The formula is drip free, which it really is. Plus my hair feel better after usage than it had before hand. The shade display on the box is pretty spot on for the light brown. Overall this is a great at home box coloring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dark Brown Creme Excellence hair color from Loreal is amazing.  It is so easy to use. The packaging is labeled to ensure no confusion while mixing. It doesn't have an overpowering smell when you are applying.  It goes on easy and one box was plenty for my shoulder length hair. I had quite a few whites and greys near my temples and sprinkled throughout my hair, but it covered fabulously. It rinses out quickly. The conditioner provided left my hair silky, smooth, and so soft. It's definitely my go to brand when I need to cover my "age" lol

So easy to use at home, but professional quality results

I am calling Lorea tomorrow to see if this is authentic.  Packaging is all in Turkish, product number is 5.11, different female photo on box, but it does reference the old photo-box which has 5UA on it.

This product is all in TURKISH !

Ordered this color and was sent this. The boxes were all wrecked too. I'll never order again.

L'Oreal

I am extremely dissatisfied and angry. My hair was light brown / medium blonde, and after using L’Oréal Excellence Crème 6.1 it turned nearly black. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. The color result does not match the shade shown on the box at all. Very disappointing from such a well-known brand.
