This is the best hair color I have found that will actually cover gray hair and keep it covered for an extended amount of time. I even have a white streak down the back of my hair which is the hardest to color and it actually hold! But this product does and has for as long as I have used it. I found Lorel permanent hair color probably a year or more ago decided to give it a try because I was tried of spending so much money getting my hair colored! This has been my magical find! Just so you all know I am natually a brunette with a hint of red, so I am not steering to far off from my natural color. But with this product you will get a nice long lasting beautiful hair color. Of course you do have to make sure you follow up with the proper after care for your hair color or it will fade faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous that the color would be too bright after seeing the color on the box, but it turned out to be a beautiful light auburn, not as brassy as the box shows. I almost took a star off because the picture on the box was misleading. It was easy to apply with the comb-type attachment on the bottle. After approximately a month, the color hasn't faded and is still beautiful. I would use this again.

May buy another one just to bring out the color more. I have natural locs and I don’t put chemicals in my hair and this was my first attempt in along time trying out color. No damage no dandruff and no redness of any kind to my hair.

The color came out beautifully natural with cool ash tones that helped neutralize warmth and brassiness, leaving my hair looking rich and well-balanced. It provided excellent gray coverage and looked even from root to tip.
I really appreciated the Triple Care formula, my hair felt soft, conditioned, and healthy during and after coloring, not dry or brittle like with some box dyes. The cream was easy to apply, didn’t drip, and had a pleasant scent compared to other permanent colors. After rinsing, my hair had noticeable shine and the color held up well over time. It work good at  my wisdom streaks coverage.I would and have recommended Excellence by Loreal at home hair dye to my family and friends. I like inches box gives you an added product as a pre treatment for ends of hair. The dye isn't smelly. The conditioner has a good acent. This product leaves hair feeling soft tangled free.

Make sure it's right for your hair

I am calling Lorea tomorrow to see if this is authentic.  Packaging is all in Turkish, product number is 5.11, different female photo on box, but it does reference the old photo-box which has 5UA on it.

I feel like I just bathed my hair in chemicals for nothing. The packaging was fine, the kit was easy to use, and I like that it included shampoo as well. But as far as coloring my hair goes... nope.
