The instructions were easy to follow and the kit itself came with everything needed to achieve a perfect balayage look at home. I loved the pro toning mask that was included it helped neutralize any brassy tones. Left my hair looking incredibly shiny and healthy. Highly recommended.

Didn't think it was possible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so I will say it turned out decently well, but I must just suck at doing high lights and such. I found the little comb thing to actually be a pain to use and eventually just used my hands, Its just so small and with my gloves I was having trouble. I think it'd be nice if the tool was a little bigger, also dipping it was annoying so I just used the squirt bottle to squeeze the product on to the comb. The concept is cool and I liked how it turned out, definitely takes some trial and error for sure

It did not cause damage to her hair or scalp like some other products do and it was easy to apply thanks to the neat applicator tip included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is hard to use by yourself.  So I pulled my hair through a cap.  I had a little brassiness so I used the gloss  and the brassiness went away and then you could barley tell I highlighted it. Not recommend to do by yourself !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color that I received was for a light to dark blonde hair. I have a bleached, very, very light hair, so for me this product doesn't do much. Highlights are rare visible. The only place that you can actually see them is on the hair roots above my neck. Expert touch applicator is a good idea, holds the formula nicely and distribute formula evenly, but unfortunately doesn't detangle my hair. Overall if you have a darker hair than me and you like to do your hair at home - this might be a good product for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color turned out more golden than I thought it would based on the box. I also think the instructions are lacking quite a bit when it comes to telling you how to get the achieved look of balayage/highlights. You're also supposed to dip the brush that comes with it into a bowl of the dye and that becomes really messy really quick and makes it impossible to keep the dye application precise. I don't like how my hair turned out and I think half of it is user error but also a big half of it is the lack of instructions for desired outcome of the balayage advertised on the package.

Directions say the hair mask will not change the color of your hair. That is a lie. My hair is now darker than when I started and my highlights that were blonde before I started are gone. Now my hair is brown and orange.. it ruined my hair and I want to cry. Im so mad. Why lie to the consumer and say that the mask that is dark colored is not going to change the color when is certainly does.

Horrible.  Unless you omit the last step.
