The finger brush is extremely messy and clumsy. Also hope you can supply a simple deep conditioner to apply too. I did not need the toner/ conditioner so would really appreciate just deep conditioner. Thank you.

Highlights at home easy

I gave this a 1 star because I never used the item.  It seemed to be complicated to use, and I was afraid of the outcome wouldn't be what I was expecting.  I sure it will work for someone that had a helper to complete the steps.   I would never discourage anyone from trying a product.

Didn't experience this product.

This product let me down. I trust L'Oréal for high quality high performance products but this one fell way short. The color didn't take or cover my grey roots. It was awkward to use and faded to a light red from a medium brown in a week. I had to buy another box of hair color to make myself presentable to the public. Very disappointed and costly. I'm a senior citizen and 2 boxes of hair color was not in my budget.

Poor performance

My light blond hair turned orange and brown.   Followed the instructions exactly.   The final toner was a dark brown but the instructions said it would be dark.

Highlighted beautifully. Instructions assured "conditioner" would not darken hair. Well it totally darkened my hair! Removed all the previous highlights and now my hair is turning orange with each wash! Do not use this!

Horrible!

Two step process and turned my hair red, I've been doing my hair for 30 years and never had this happen, bought something else and now re-doing 2 days later, would not recommend

Hair coloring

This is the biggest waste of time and money! I have blotches of blonde hair throughout my hair, I timed it for 25 minutes and now I have to color my hair again to try and correct the horrific color!
