I love this lipstick! I do have to reapply after I eat but that's okay, it stays on until then. The problem is, the color I have been wearing has completely changed. Same name and number but completely different color. Completely bummed about it. Loved the color it was!!! Also wish there were more colors in the store to choose from.

I have no idea how this lipstick doesn't have better reviews. If you go with a two step system, after a couple hours, it looked like dried paint, and any other lipstick had hardly any pigment and wipes off easily. This lipstick lasts most of the day and once it sets for 10 minutes, it doesn't come off. I don't like how they changed some of the colors when they went to the new packaging such as always apricot and the charismatic corral are not the same. Any time I find them in a store in the old tube, I buy them all

I have been wearing 5 shades of this wonderful lipstick for the past five years, but I was shocked when I bought new ones. They bear the same names and numbers (212,227,129,421,130) but they were completely different colors. Bright neon colors that look ridiculous on me. Please bring back the old shades because I love this formulation. It really is long lasting and non drying. 519 is the only shade I can wear now.

Bring back old colors

I absolutely LOVE the Infallible lipstick.  Stays on, without drying.  HOWEVER, I loved Forever Frappe, which was a soft, natural color.  Now it is very dark and somewhat bright.  Why do manufacturers mess with a good product?  Especially without giving us a comparable color to replace.  Makes it hard to be a loyal customer!

Very disappointed in color changes

I'm very unhappy right now about the new Infallible lipstick. I've been using Forever Frappe for quite a while, but when I used the Forever Frappe in the newly designed pink top (very cheap looking), it was a bright brick color! The original was a beautiful rosy-tan color that took forever for me to find. What the heck did you guys do over there? Can't you leave well enough alone? You just wasted my money since I bought this a couple of months ago and no longer have the receipt. I look like a clown today with my bright brick lipstick. (No more, L'Oreal. You don't do this to your customers without warning them. NG

I bought 2 of these lipsticks yesterday and got them home & they both looked like they had been used. Went back to the store today and about half of the ones I picked up looked like they had been opened and used!!! GROSS! I don't understand why there isn't a safety seal/sticker on these products?!

Why no safety seal?

This used to be a 5 star lipstick until I went to get a new tube of 227 eternal rose, and it was a completely different color - a hot pink instead of a pretty rose. I am incredibly disappointed. I get that companies make changes, but it is dishonest to change the color, but leave the name and number exactly the same. Now I have to find a similar color in a brand I can trust not to suddenly change it

You just couldn't leave them alone?!?!?!  Reading the reviews, you clearly missed your target!  For me, Always Apricot was the perfect color...so I guess that meant you had to change it!  It is now the ugliest orange possible.  If makeup and bra manufacturers were to speak to real woman, they would hear:  "OK...if you have to change, at least give your loyal customers a head's up so they can buy 100 of the current color before you do."  Do not let me run out of my current color and have a disappointing surprise at the next tube I buy. I had been a loyal customer, and, in return, you just ignored me.  When I leave Loreal, I leave the entire brand...and pretty sure I am not alone in that.

Another Bad Color Change!

I got the last old 421 Charismatic Coral at CVS and have tried all weekend long to find a lipstick on the market that matches that color without success.  Now I'm considering driving to small out of the way CVS stores to see if I can find one hiding somewhere.  Is there a replacement?  The new colors are horrible!

I just bought this lipstick a few days ago. Couldn't wait to try it! Absolute beautiful color, but within 2 minutes of applying my lips felt sticky and dry. No moisture what so ever. Definitely can't rub your lips together. Very disappointed because I wanted it to be my new everyday lipstick and I've wasted my money on it.
