I like a shadow that has a Matte finish.. I'm 62 and I hate the sparkly eyeshadow. It just makes your wrinkles show up more. It's very unnatural and only for the young. So I finally find a eyeshadow I love which is Cups Joe #839. Now I cannot not find it anywhere and not even able to order it. Why do you make up people think everything has to sparkle. I'm at my Witt's end.. What can I do.

I SEE SO MANY PEOPLE LOOKING TO BUY OLD QUADS STILL OUT THERE OF THIS.  US 40'S SOMETHINGS DON'T NEED SHIMMER.  PLEASE CONSIDER US.  NO DARK BERRY COLOR LIKE YOUR ORIGINAL IN THIS MATTE QUAD.

I have used Loreal Color Riche Quads for the past sixteen years. The shadow is easy to apply (The directions are on included on the package.), it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes, it lasts all day, and removes easily. 
The only complaint I have is that there are no matte options available. Women who are 40+ need a matte eye shadow to enhance their eye color. Please bring back the matte eye shadows for the Color Riche Quad product line.

Very beautiful colors to accentuate my blue eyes, but the applicator fell apart immediately!

I have only 2 stars to give on my favorite make up line?!  Unbelievable.  The reason for that is when I tried a little shadow to test the color, I used the applicator inside the product container/ the whole applicator crumbled black sponge particles onto my eye lid.  The applicator is horrible.  PLEASE, Loreal, fix your application brushes for your eye shadow products.  I can't always go out and buy a fancy applicator for my make up.  Sometimes I rely on the manufacturer to supply a descent applicator brush in the product.    The eye shadow colors are terrific.

It's Only the Applicator, Not the shadow!

It is so hard to find matte eye shadow, and Cupa Joe was a god-send. But apparently it's been discontinued, because what is pictured here is NOT Cupa Joe. Hey, L'Oreal, women over 40 wear makeup too! We don't need sparkly eye shadow. It's not flattering! Bring back the MATTE Cupa Joe!!

I loved Cup-a-Joe eyeshadow quad because it was matte and just the right colors.  But the last time I went to purchase it, it was no longer available.  We mature women should not be wearing sparkly eyeshadows so I had to revert to another brand, which I am not completely pleased with.  Reconsider making the matte shadow quads again!

I read Loreal's response that the Colour Riche Quad in Cupa Joe is no longer available.  Why would a experienced makeup company discontinue matte colors and only make sparkle colors available?  I had the same problem with the Infallible Foundation that I liked to use.  This results in long time loyal customers to have to switch to one of the other brands (Maybelline, Cover Girl, etc.).  I will be switching brands.

Discontinued Cupa Joe

I couldn't find Wear Infinite Studio Secrets Eye Shadow at my store the other day, so bought this. Really didn't like the shades here, but seemed closest to what I usually wear.
NO! Too much glitter! Colors don't blend well with each other like the other type of shadow. And that tiny applicator!! That is ridiculous,,,so hard to hold on to and put the color where you want it! I am returning this, going to hunt out another brand that I will like (that always takes so much trial and error, and returns---I hate it when a company changes a good product) and will not purchase again.
