Phone was refurbished, but looked brand new. Super easy to set up and transfer all data from old phone to new phone.

LG Velvet

This was my 3rd Velvet 5g. I love this phone. It was in pristine condition with no visible damage. The only issue is that it was a T-Mobile version with a bunch of T-Mobile software that I can't uninstall and I can't get it to connect to Koodo's 5g network even with the correct APN values. The previous one was from AT&T and I had no issues at all getting on 5G.

Great price for a great Phone.

The phone arrived as advertised and in excellent condition. It is a Verizon phone and works on my Koodo account. Still need to see how it works in the USA

Cell Phone

I was not satisfied with this item and had to return it. It clearly stated unlocked, refurbished, like new phone in the description, but that was not the case. It was a great price and the phone was clean and nice and new condition.
The phone was not unlocked, and it was an American provider Verizon, so the thought of trying to get it unlocked sounded like too much trouble for a phone that was supposed to be unlocked and easy to just transfer my sim card and ready to go kind of thing.

Not satisfied

Phone is locked and cannot be unlocked your supplier needs to stop false advertising it's a USA phone and it's useless here.
