LKK Soy Sauce

I've tried three best priced plus most expensive ‘on sale' option and this soy sauce is equal to the ‘priciest' despite it contains one offensive ingredient,   Well, maybe two yet, nothin you all wouldn't find in a well known brand's ‘packaged' chicken or beef ‘broth'  lol

Salty & umami goodness

Great soy sauce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook a lot of Asian dishes at home and this soy sauce was a nice addition to my soy sauces to use in my cooking whenever I needed it. It adds a good classic Asian umami flavor whenever I used it. It's great for dipping as well but I particularly think this sauce is best for cooking/marinating with. The latest dish I cooked and used the soy sauce was for a Taiwanese chicken but with oyster mushroom dish. The mushroom was able to soak up the flavor of the soy sauce and add a lot of the classic umami flavor to a plain oyster mushroom.The bottle itself was big and is worth the price when I saw it in stores. I took off one star due to it being a pretty basic soy sauce but it's still good and the liking of the flavor will be based on each person's preference.

A nice addition to your range of soy sauce choices

Like I have said for Dark Soy Sauce, I do not like the Brewed FLavor of some Soy Sauces, I prefer the rich pure Soy Sauce flavor devoid of what reminds me of a Fermented or Brewed process. The best Sauce I have had to date that is pure Soy Flavor with a balanced saltiness, is  China Lily Soya Sauce, it is the benchmark in my opinion, until I encounter something superior to it. as of yet, I have not found any that can dethrone it. This Sauce, while being called Premium, lacks what I look for. if you prefer that Brewed flavor then by all means, please enjoy. But with my cooking the brewed flavor interferes with the way I cook and creates discord in my food flavors. So three stars is as high as this one gets.

Tastes Brewed/Fermented, not my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This did taste good but I prefer products with no chemicals preservatives in them. It's a classic soy sauce with good flavor but nothing unusual. The bottle is nice and easy to handle. It's a very watery consistency. I personally would not cook with it because of the non natural ingredients.

It's not all natural
