[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son uses this headset while gaming on his ps4 and Xbox. They work great, the sound is crystal clear and his friends have no trouble hearing him on the other end. No echoing or any noises. It has a simple volume control knob right on the wire and the microphone flips up for muting, which is great when you need it so you're not fumbling around looking for a little switch along a wire. They are comfortable and I love the style of the size adjustment for the head. I like how the headphones each slide up and down rather than the whole band expanding. I've never seen that design before. The packaging also is beautiful as well. I have no complaints.

Best headphones I've owned yet. Last pair lasted years and would still be working if I didnt share them. Had to get myself another pair. Sound quality and microphone are top quality and great for gaming. Very comfortable too.

Astro A10 Headset Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headset is great for voice. The mic sounds excellent for a headset. The headphones sound good but weak. They work with anything with what used to be a standard headset jack that you'd find on a phone. I can confirm they work on Pixel 4a, Pixel 5a, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and PC. 

The flip to mute is wonderful. Instead of fumbling around for a button, you can just flip the mic up. I found that it was difficult to seat the plug into the jack on the headset all the way unless you grab the top of the ear cup and squeeze it into the headband to make room for the plug.

The clamping pressure is nice. The ear cups are a bit small. They end up feeling like on-ear headphones but the memory foam is very soft and they still feel comfortable.

The cord has a volume knob. There is no physical voice/game sound mixer.

Great for voice, good for sound

Online was 29 bucks, for that kind of product was perfect, it is surprisingly confortable and sounds great too.

Both with how big ahead they will fit around and how tight they will fit on your head and how much pressure they will put on your ears. I was very excited about the price though. It was a great deal

Mic is decent with good sound quality but there is a design issue with the mic piece itself that comes loose and impossible to screw back in don't wast your money 🤦🏽

Astro A10 design flaw

After using the headset for around 2 months the boom Mic fell lose and started dangling by the internal wire, shortly before that the boom mic lost the ability to be positioned anywhere but fully extended . I would never recommend this headset because of it's outright udder disappointment of a performance. The audio quality was amazing though, the sound and clarity of the headset is awesome however the microphones absolutely Sucks. I hope this helps anyone trying to decide on this purchase.

First and worst headset I've bought

The microphone doesn't work very well, takes a lot for it to register even with the sensitivity turned up. People also say it sounds bad when I speak.

Microphone Issue

The wiring is lose and glitchy on the left side only.  So sometimes you're listening, and there's no volume on the left side, and then it will come back and glitch on and off.  You have to jiggle the wiring.  

This is generally the way all headphones are made now days unless you spend 200-500 dollars.  I'm not particularly surprised, and won't return them.  I'll just throw them away and curse this disposable culture to hades.

Got this headset for my son as me and the husband have had Astros for over 5 years never any issues. Not even a month goes by and the mic breaks off completely wires frayed and everything. Decided to buy him a cheaper 30$ pair from Jlab. Would return/get a refund if possible but because we trusted the brand we didn't see the need to keep the box.
