I like the old fashion can this comes in, but that is not the real reason for getting this.  It is a high quality oil, that happens to come in a quality can with an easy to use pour spout built in.  I have purchase other oils from this brand and they have all so far, been very rich. 

Also, this comes non-GMO and BPA free for those that look for this.  It is not, however, organic.

Delicious Sesame Oil in a Handy Can

I usually get my toasted sesame oil from GO, and the Oi brand.

Was concerned about this oil because I read reviews on other brands that said no flavor, untoasted, or rancid.

Took a chance and am happy with this product fully.

I cook a lot of Asian influenced dishes that wouldn't be the same without sesame oil, full stop.

So, it's a pantry staple that I really can't go without.

This brand is high quality, like the container, looks like a fancy French product.

Tastes great, adds the right flavor profile to ramens, stir frys, potstickers, cold soba salads with cucumber, it's irreplaceable as a cooking oil and condiment.

Nice and toasty

If you're using this mainly for Asian recipes, and you're wondering, what does a company named La Tourangelle know about Asian flavor? the answer is, EVERYTHING. I've used every sesame oil over the years and this one is by far the best available in major US markets. The flavor stays true and the fragrance is delectable. 
Good for both cooking and finishing. You'll only need the one.

The Best Toasted Sesame Oil

I keep this stocked at all times.. it's best for marinade, spicy mayo, all my Asian dishes we even use it to marinate spicy chicken wings to add extra flavor. I tried other brands and keep going back to this one!!!!

THE BEST SESAME OIL !!!!

I bought this a couple years ago and I'm still hooked on taste and quality of this sesame oil. It's not over powering it's just right. Try it you'll keep buying it too.

Pure joy.

This toasted sesame oil has a nice smooth taste, unlike other more expensive brands. I love the size because you get 16 ounces. It's good value for the money.

I used it today for my salad oil I mixed it with red wine vinegar garlic salt and pepper and the taste was way better than using an avocado oil so now I have a new salad oil

a current favorite in my household. we add this to everything, we do it after we have cooked as it doesnt have a high smoke point but the flavor enhancement is amazing.

This is a really good value, because it's a larger size than what I've gotten elsewhere. Sesame oil is just a wonderful ingredient to use in Asian cooking and wok cooking. I was pleasantly surprised that walmart carried it!

I appreciate the design of this bottle. The pouring spout makes for no dripping and the lid seals when you are done. I like having it on hand to give soups and sauces some pizzaz! Pricey investment, but it is a good value. A little goes a long way!

Good bottle design and quality product

Can was dented.  Most of the canned goods I order arrive with dents.  Usually they are packed well, sometimes not.  Walmart seems to pass off dented cans to internet orders,  less chance of leaving them on the shelf,  and too much trouble to return.
