We use this for everything. Mostly sandwiches, but we use it even when making eggs etc which turn them fluffy.
The unsalted is great because I can then add how much salt is needed for each of the family members.

This butter had a creamy, cheese like farm fresh taste. It is a treat to eat. We prefer it chilled and slice in thin layers like cheese. On its own with some flake salts and fresh cracked pepper or a drizzle of honey. Delicious!
