I am very happy with this shag rug. Couldn't go wrong with the price. I've read other reviews about the carpet shedding, but that would happen with any new rug. I'm happy with it.

Great shag rug

I bought the white runner version of this rug and it looks great beside my bed. It's the perfect budget rug and you can buy a rug pad for underneath if you want it to make it softer (but not necessary).

Lovely rug

This is a great shag rug.  We received it very quickly and like it so much we ordered both the larger one for the living room and the runner for the hall. Great pop of colour to welcome spring. Price was great as well.

Great rug!

Love the rug and the color. Works great in our room, however, I would get an underlay for it to make it softer.

Great Rug

A nice looking rug but sheds a little.  The rug is not exactly as shown, as the picture has a shaded border and the rug I received has no border, but I will keep it anyway.

Nice look

We purchased this to place under a coffee table as a room accent and it works just fine.  Just be aware that the border of slightly different shaded area shown in the picture doesn't exist.  It's all one shade.  We bought 4x6 and it looks good, cats like it too.  I suggest a rubber back be used so it doesn't slide around.

a simple rug

Bought this rug two weeks ago, very disapointed with the softness of the rug, everyone in the reviews says it's soft but it's actually very rough, the quality is so bad i end up with pieces of rug all around my room, and the color is very bad, i don't know about any other colors but i bought a white rug and ended up with some kind of gray/beige rug

Very gray for a white rug

Purchased online only because I couldn't find the colour I wanted at the store. One side is cut on a slant and it's 2 inches wider at one end. Took a picture but didn't know who to send too.  I kept the carpet because I needed it for Christmas holidays. And the matching runner's binding came undone on first vacuum. I have bought many things online from Walmart and this is my first disappointment. Just my luck I guess.

Poor workmanship

I ordered this area rug online so had not seen the quality beforehand.  The color was spot on. It was very light in weight when carrying it into house which made me wonder what sort of quality was this?  The pile was spaced so far apart that when you spread it, there would be over 1/2 inch of backing showing.  I have a large dog so was not pleased with this as when she stretches and scrapes the carpet with her nails, I was afraid she would pull the loops out.  Backing of carpet was a thin felt-type of paper.  Didn't like that either.  Returned it to Walmart, no hassles.

Not so great....

This rug stank so bad it made my whole house reek. It smelled like plastic deep fried in sesame oil. The warmer the house the heavier the smell and it did not let up after nearly three weeks, so we returned it. Would give it zero stars if I could.
