My husband has practiced medicine for 27 years, and this is his favorite scrub top/pants. He wears an extra large t-shirt, but a large in this scrub top. It gets softer with multiple washing,  no frills, launders exceptionally well.  No negatives

Design

shirt still fits tight not made for a woman with broad shoulders like a football player without shoulder pads.. and a little on the heavy side around the stomach and chest area.   had to return it. :-(

Pockets are sew too low on shirt. Believe this is manufacturing mistake.  Pockets are ~2cm lower on chest than in pictured item on website.  Probably helps in preventing items from falling out of pocket when bending over, but looks odd.
