The order was fine the delivery was the problem I was suppost to receive the product on Nov 21 Fed ex delivered on the 25th of November it sat in Anaheim for 3 days before it was delivered after my call to FedEX

Lower to the floor than  expected. The mattress is left to be desired. I recommend ordering a mattress topper if you need softness.  But for children it should be fine , but not adults

Hard mattress

The bed is pretty easy to assemble, mattress is thick enough; the issue is the squeak notice from bed foundation, or maybe from the wooden bars. the first couple of days seems fine, then the noise start whenever I move on the bed; and getting worse day after day. I am 165 pounds man, 100 pounds away from the weight limit. last night it even woke me up when I turn my body. after 10 days I decide to return it.

The wood under the mattress broke easily. It seems to be made as a kid's bed and it didn't stand the weight of a light-weight adult. It was a waste of money.

thought to was going  to be great for grandkids to sleep on but it won't stay up keeps falling over and it was missing a nut a top it off ,read reviews before i bought it all were good ,im so dissappointed

It is very difficult to assemble.  After the bed is assembled, you can't fold it back without unscrewing the bolts that hold the safety bars in place.  When we unscrewed the bolts, in order to store the bed, the bolts broke.

I would not recommend this bed

bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on it is harder than a rock ! would not
  recommend this! cheaply made!

A rock would be better!!
