I like this chair a lot. It was super easy to assemble and I cant even put my thoughts together, okayyyy. So if I say it, it is true. The only thing I don't like is I have hard wood floors and they slip and slide a lot on the floor. I invested in those felt grips and it helps, they still move, just not as much. I purchased two.

Love our chairs. They work perfectly at our island because the backs are lower and we can access the counter top when they are pushed in. The brown seat is not brown, the chairs looks all black and we like that better. The plastic pads on the bottom of the legs make the chairs slippery on our tile, but we dont mind. I would recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Contemporary Barstool complimentary to test and review from Influenster. The assembly was pretty straightforward. Putting it together was very easy on the hands. I was very happy to see that they included washers with the hardware to assemble the chair. Some of the holes weren't tapped very well, I struggled with putting the bottom rungs in and they don't seat very tight. The chair is very sturdy. It's absolutely gorgeous. I love the sleek black color. The seat itself is very wide and can fit an extra large butt. Myself being 6 ft I had to get up on a tiptoe to be able to put my butt cheek up on it. The padding is plush and luxurious. It doesn't annoy the butt bones, as I just had my hamstring reattached. It has very large plastic tabs on the bottom of the legs. It slides and glides very easily without leaving marks on the floor. This is a beautiful addition to my contemporary household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This black contemporary barstool was easy to assemble.  I used the tools provided and a drill to put it together in 40 minutes by myself.  It is the perfect height for my standing desk.  The seat cushion is comfortable. The modern style matches my decor perfectly.  Having a backrest is important to me and provides relief for my back and neck.

Easy to assemble, great style

Absolutely love these chairs.  They were just what I was looking for.  The assembly instructions were the best instructions ever - nicely detailed and clear.  All hardware was included (nothing missing!!). The color is good and they arrived is excellent condition.  The padding on the seat is quite comfortable.

I plan on purchasing another one to match. At first, out of the box, it  looked like it was gonna be hard to put together, but it was quite easy. Instructions are clear easy to follow. Very sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair was easy to assemble and looks cute. I'm not a fan of barstools myself since I prefer shorter chairs to sit on to be comfortable but this is nice piece to own and I do like that it has a back to it.

We bought 4 of these. The craftsmanship is OK. You can tell by the look and feel these aren't expensive chairs. It seems every six months one of them falls apart (cracks, screws come loose, seat cushion loose). Of the 4 only 2 remain after about 2 years. In hindsight, I wish I went with something double the price that would last and had a better look.

Something cheap for a year or two

Cheap made pieces didn't fit well together. The legs were uneven too. Package said to cannot be returned at a store, so we didn't bother trying to return them.

Don't buy
