I absolutely love Mandala yarn and this shade (Warlock) is possibly my favorite. The colors remind me of autumn leaves in the American Midwest. The yarn itself is lighter than a medium (4) weight, but not as light as a sport (3) weight. I would classify it as a “3.5” in the weight scale. I have made a throw blanket from it and am working of a poncho right now. It is just the right weight for a fall garment. I think it would work up nicely into a shawl or cardigan as well. It is soft right out of the wrapper and only gets softer upon washing.

I love working with the Lion Brand Mandala yarn. It's a %233 yarn that is soft and easy to crochet with. I used an H hook with a cluster stitch to make a throw; it makes a warm and dense but lightweight and comfortable piece. And the color is fantastic!

I'm working with this John right now and it is so soft and easy to crochet with the colors are beautiful.

Love this yarn.  It is soft and versatile for many projects.  The colors are bright and blend in to form a beautiful  finished items.

The Beauty  of Mandala Yarn

I love this yarn, very pretty colors, but I'd tot want to use more that one cake roll, the colors don't start with the dance colors on each roll. That's hard to continue on a project, check photo below vvv (blanket is done with thermal double crochet)

Love this yarn, but…

I purchased the color dragon and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, I ended up returning this because I thought they were large cakes. Instead they were the size of a saucer plate and I was planning on crocheting a large blanket. I ended up going to Walmart, returning those 3 small cakes and purchasing 4 of the bonus bundle cakes. I spent $48 for the 3 small cakes and $40 for 4 of the large cakes. In a way, I'm glad it happened cuz I ended up getting more for less.

This order when received was not complete. The online description of this mandala yarn product stated that there were 3 cakes bundled together as on order for a given amount. I had ordered 2 bundles which ment I should have received 6 cakes. When the mandala yarn arrived, I only received 3 of the 6 cakes that I ordered. So, I am puzzled and wondering where my other order of 3 cakes are when the Walmart system states that both orders (6 cakes total) has been received.
