Very bad customer service. 6 weeks after buying the rug, the stitches started coming off and the company refused any kind of replacement or partial refund. They said its beyond their 4 weeks guarantee, which is not mentioned anywhere BTW! What kind of well-made rug starts coming off after 6 weeks!!! A terribly made one for sure. Not only that, but since it started its becoming worse and worse with time!

Wouldn't recommend at all!
