I've used quality commercial chicken gravy maker before that was excellent. This stuff is truly bland--it's tasteless gluten. If you're going to use it, best use chicken consomme instead of water then add some sage and spices. If you have any chicken drippings and cornstarch/flour, you'd be wise to save your money and just make real gravy.

This stuff tastes like hospital gravy. Now I know what brand they use I'll avoid it ;)
