The product arrived in good condition, with no package damage.  It did take, however, a week to get here which was a surprise.  The chair was easy to assemble and all the parts and screws as well as the required tool were included.  I did however add better quality wheels that had a solid soft rubber material suitable for hardwood floors, tile floors, or a firm type carpet (not high pile carpet).  So far the task chair is satisfactory, it seems sturdy enough and the lift system works fine.  After checking a variety of sources this price was the most competitive.  I may get a second one.

Good Quality

WOW!  Absolutely love it!  Silly easy to put together.  On time delivery.  Again, it's new so time will tell.  Highly recommend it.  Takes up little room & is a perfect match to the desk I purchased.

This chair was very easy to put together and took very little time. It is comfortable to use for an extended period of time, which is what I needed. I am happy say that after sitting for hours at my kitchen table working on my laptop that my back doesn't bother me. I feel this chair is very good value for the price I paid.

Good value for the price

Great price, fast delivery, I ordered it during the weekend and I got it the next Wednesday, very well packaged, all parts were in perfect condition, comes with spare parts, super easy to put together in about 15 minutes, the way the base is put together is pure genius, it has large and clear instructions, the cushion is quite large and quite thick for a chair of that price, very comfy, I have had this chair for a week now, and I sit on it 6–8 hours a day, and it does marvels for the back, it has very good lumbar support, the mesh for the back seems surprisingly sturdy, instead of a long, hard to reach pole, it has a very easy to reach clamp underneath the seat to adjust the height of the chair (see photo), all in all I am loving this chair, I definitely recommend it!

Home Office Task Chair

The chair i guess is for kids. I weighed 50kg and i am 160cm tall, but i still find the chair small. It pushes my back, i cannot sit properly, its not comfortable. I am still trying to figure out what i can do to sit comfortably

Terrible! It has an okay cushion for your derriere but gives terrible terrible back pain. I hope I get the time to return it.
