This no name brand is WAY better than the freakin sunbeam blankets that stop working half way through winter. 
This one has lasted more than a year and is going strong. I bought an extra on sale because I'm used to needing to replace it mid-year but won't need it. 

Queen size has double controls. Wires are a little awkward but who cares????

I live in the northeast, and I am old...I have used electric blankets for the past 20 years.

This is one of gthe nicer I have ever purchased. The material is soft and thick. It heats up very well. The first night I had it set on 5...and that wound up being far too warm for me. 3 is now my normal setting. It also does have auto shut off that you can adjust, up to 10 hours. 

Some people complain the wires are too short to put the controller on their nightstand. I think this is intentional, as the controller should sit on the floor.  And it works best there!!  The wires are more than adequate, and the wires that run to the wall outlet are super long. 

I've been using this for about a week now and am thrilled with it. I did get the additional insurance, just in case, but this seems far superior to the Sunbeam brand it's replacing!!.

I have not used it a heating blanket yet. I did put it on the bed though and enjoy the added warmth it gives me for a night's sleep. The part that rests just above you is a warm and fluffy fabric that is sure to surprise any buyer when it arrives.  It is like a feeling of warmth that only a blanket can give.  Kudos to the designer of this heating blanket.

The dual control keeps my partner and I both happy!! It's a perfect fit for a queen sized bed with plenty of extra unheated fabric on all sides. 
The controls are easy to see and easy to use. This blanket looks nice and heats up fast. Some color choices might be nice, but the fabric is soft and feels great.

Warm and cozy for cold nights!!

This blanket is very soft and comfy to the touch. I'd love to get it without heat. The blanket takes a long time to actually heat up. I set it on the HIGH setting about two to three hours before I go to bed. It's warm, but not really hot. I don't keep it on once I get into bed, I only use it to warm the bed itself. It has areas where it doesn't heat at all, but I'm ok with it. My dog loves crawling under the blanket. I set his side on low. The heat selection unit is a pretty large box and it's not a dial type, you have to click on the unit and it makes very loud clicking sounds when you do that. I'm super noise sensitive so I don't like that part. But all in all, I like this blanket.

Warm and comfy to the touch

It has been a long cold winter and I'm enjoying my new heated blanket. It is soft and fluffy and keeps me warm even on the coldest nights. Present temperature is 3° and I'm toasty warm. The only drawback is I feel the control is a little confusing. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this blanket.

The electric cords for both the dual controls and the primary electric cord are much too short. The only position we can place the controls is on the floor, because the cords are so short.

Quit working in 3.5 months.    Otherwise I love it very much, it was so soft.   I have even took the cords off and am keeping it under the new one that I bought today.    The new one is quite thin and not soft at all.    It is a disappointment to have it quit so suddenly however so I wouldn't buy another one.

The blanket is lush and a wonderful size for a queen size bed, but after less than 1 week of use, error codes pop up on the controls, suggesting the blanket is overheating. I am afraid to use it any longer and will be returning it.

I used it twice and quit working. At first the E kept coming on, I would unplug it and replugged it. It would stay on and heat for about that long and the E would come back on. Now it won't do anything. Very disappointed as I am a senior citizen and have to be on a tight budget. So no, I am not a happy lady.
