I like the instruction booklet that came with the package.  The installation was completed with ease.  As we know it, not everyone is endowed with the skills to install such an apparatus.  In the future, provide the cost of installation, by choice, side-by-side, especially if the older men or women are your customers.  I mean the person who places an order.

Master Lock Wall Mount Lock Box with Resettable Co

This is actually the second one of these I've bought. I have a few lockboxes at different properties, and one of the older ones had seen better days, so it was time to retire it.

This one feels well built. The combination is easy to set, the dial works smoothly, and there's enough room inside for a couple of keys. Installation was quick, and once it's mounted, it feels secure.

Will it stop someone with a cutting torch and a bad attitude? Probably not. But for keeping spare keys secure, it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Overall, it's a solid lockbox for the money. No complaints. I'd buy another one if I needed it.

Good Replacement for My Old Lockbox

Works great the item works great. I can change the combination to allow people that I want in my barn and when they're done, I changed it back to the original combination serves its purpose very well.

The Master Lock 5400D is absolutely perfect! It's easy to use, can hang anywhere inconspiculously, and even has a cover over the dial to protect it from the elements. I have the convenience of never being locked out or of allowing someone to come to my home by giving them the code. And the code can be changed anytime. It's called peace of mind, and the Master Lock has provided that!

Great lockbox to keep the honest people honest but still be able to break into it (with some effort) and change it out when you forget the combination.

I have one on my front door and one on my back door so my sons can get in. I have two different combinations on each door. No more Carrying keys around and losing them just keep the little tab that shows their numbers up so the rain doesnt get into it. Lock box

The overall size is nice.  It was easy to install and was designed to be able to use a power drill to tighten all the screws.  What I don't like is the sliding cover over the dials feels flimsy and shifts in the track. Also, the dials are a little hard to see and grasp to rotate.  A slightly larger dial would be better and would not make the size of the lock box that much deeper. Because it is  a Master Lock product, I do expect it to hold up though.  It would have been really great to have a small hook or post on the back wall of the box to be able to hook the key onto

Safely keeps my spare key handy

The instructions are not sufficient. I would recommend manipulating the lock before installing it and watching independent YouTube videos. It is a shame because I think the lock could be of better service to first time buyers with a few more cautionary notes. (My lock jammed on first use and it had to be cut off.)
