<p>A new and -quality product is now available! The Mega 2560 is the latest version of the Mega. This board is a microcontroller board that uses the ATmega2560-16AU chip. It features 54 digital input/output pins (including 14 PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power , an ICSP header, and a reset button.<br/>All the necessary components to operate the microcontroller are included; you can easily connect it to a computer using a USB cable, or power it up with an AC-to- adapter or battery to begin. The Mega is suitable for use with shields made for the Duemilanove or Diecimila.<br/>Characteristics: A microcontroller with ATmega2560, running at 16 MHz, equipped with 4 KB of EEPROM, 8 KB of SRAM, and 256 KB of flash memory (8 KB used by the bootloader). It operates at 5V, with a recommended input voltage of 7-12V. It has 16 analog input pins, 54 digital I/O pins (including 14 with PWM output capability), a 3.3V pin with a current of 50 mA, and a current of 40 mA per I/O pin. The board measures 100*55mm.
