it's fantastic, the flavor is mellow a little bit of heat little bit of sweet, the truffle is not overwhelming. it's good on everything. I really can't recommend this highly enough.

If you are looking for a sauce with a lot of heat, keep searching.  If you are looking for flavor with a subtle heat,  this is the hot sauce for you.  I drizzle this sauce over my eggs, especially the egg white bakes I eat most mornings.  I would consider it more of a condiment than a true hot sauce. It has become a bit of an addiction. The sauce is packaged in a squeeze bottle, so it is easy to control the flow and dispense with precision.

Fantastic flavor with mild heat

really good robust tangy sauce.. low calories %26 low sugar.. uses only honey as the sweetener and maybe the truffle vinegar has some. great on eggs to burgers to mac%26cheese. versatile %26 delicious... its tangy not "spicy" my comfortable spice level is a cholua or crystals .

best condiment around

If you like a strong black truffle taste and strong garlic taste with a little bit of heat you will like this a lot I love it on my chicken sandwich that I make and it is one the best hot sauces I've had but not so hot as most of them that's all you can taste is the heat I need flavor in my food and this is the sauce for any kind of sandwich or wings

great brand

if you are dieting down, on a calorie deficit, etc.. this stuff is a GAME CHANGER.  use in moderation of course but it absolutely elevated the same kind of boring meals i eat every day in a HUGE way.  absolutely insanely delicious, not spicy but massive flavor!

elevate and improve taste while losing weight!

I got one of the small $1 bottles and loved it! Wound up buying the big one and went through it pretty quickly. Delicious on everything!

This stuff is so good

Truffle definitely isn't for everyone and it's interesting to see how people interpret it. For me it's a hard hit to the taste buds, like a blue cheese or a sharp cheddar followed with that hard to describe truffle funk. The pepper heat adds more dimension, making it even better. I'm going to be putting this S on everything.

It's got the funk.

The first week I used this sauce every day on all my meals and I was so in love with it! It's very creamy and delicious! But now I can't really stomach it. I think maybe I just don't like truffle, but the flavor is so strong you taste it all day.

Flavor is a bit too strong

If black truffles are supposed to taste like a full-mouthed morning's first kiss then this gets 5 stars. I have had some strongly-flavored hot sauces in my time and this one is by far the most powerful. This stuff would work great diluted 4-1 as a dip or 10-1 as a garnish sauce.

VERY Strongly Flavored and Tasty

Has a decent heat to it, and you can tell there's truffle in it.  Otherwise, genuinely this is disgusting.  It's unpleasantly sour, which washes away any decent flavor the hot sauce might have otherwise.
