I sleep on my back and before I got this pillow, I would wake up every 1-2 hours with a dry throat from snoring.  Now I only wake up once a night to use the bathroom and not because my mouth is so dry.   It is a life saver.  It did take a little while the first night to get used to sleeping with it because it is firm.  I sleep on it turned 180 degrees because it is a little lower for my neck.  Also, my right shoulder is a little sore each morning, but I have only been using it for a week and I think my shoulder will get used to it.

I received it within two days of ordering it and I used it the first night.  It only took a few hours out of the package to become its full size and there was a slight smell to it, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't need to let it air out first.  This pillow is probably not for everyone, but I recommend it.  It is sure helping me.

NO MORE NECK PAIN! I LOVE THIS PILLOW! Do NOT waste your hard earned  money on expensive pillows! This one is perfect! I no longer wake up with neck pain, the materials are great quality and the price cannot be beat for the product you get. I highly recommend this pillow!

I tried a few cervical pillows due to arthritis in my neck disks.
This pillow works best for me.
much less pain. Some of the cervical pillows are too firm and I couldn't tokerate them. This one is the best. I ordered a second one to use while lying on the couch. I also ordered one for my son. He has Pots and neck issues. He's sleeping better with this pillow.

My neck and shoulders are sensitive, so it is not easy to find a pillow that works for me.  I have a tendency to want to sleep on my side but I can't because side sleeping makes my shoulders hurt upon awakening, so I sleep on my back most of the time. The very first night I slept with this pillow on my side and I slept so well and woke up feeling so refreshed and no shoulder pain. I could not believe it. The pillow is very firm so I expected to wake up sore at least for the first few nights until I got used to it, but that was not the case.  I have slept on my back with it as well and it seemed even more beneficial to my shoulders and my upper back area. That's how well it worked for me. 

Note: I have ordered thousands of products on line and this is the first review I have ever written. Everyone may not have the same results as I did but if you have shoulder or neck issues this pillow is definitely worth a try.

Better than I expected

This pillow is very comfortable and is almost perfect for me. I just need to place a thin pillow underneath it to make it ideal. Overall, I'd rate it an eight out of ten. While it was a bit more expensive than some other brands, I'm happy with my purchase.

i've noticed that when i roll on my side that my arms go right where the pillow has a groove for them. I was having horrible neck and shoulder pain that would shoot down my arm. This pillow takes the pressure off that had been pinching at night with everything else i've tried. i've already reccomended it to orhers.

Being tall and in my 30s, I've spent a lot of live straining and cultivating neck pain. Latex pillows have helped, but my chiropractor told me to try one of these. I'm glad he did, because it's been about a month and I feel a LOT better than when I was using MORE expensive pillows! If you need a new pillow, or even if you don't know if you do, you wont regret this!

It works! Been using it for a month.

Ok, so I was having so much pain in my neck and my back that I didn't know what to do. (I have arthritis in my neck and back, only in my 50's, and I'm petite) I knew my pillow was the problem. I had been trying for months to find the right pillow to alleviate my pain, wasting so much time, and so much money on my purchases that all didn't work for me. I came across this pillow, after searching far too long, and decided to give it a try. 
I never thought that a sculpted foam pillow would be what I needed. To look at it, you'd think it was gonna be the worst thing for your sleep. But it's not!
This pillow has been a life changer… It's not something you can fluff up around your head when you're sleeping, but for people who live with pain, it is the best purchase ever. It took me a night or two to get used to it, but I'm never going back.! You can sleep on your back comfortably, you can sleep on your side comfortably, and while I'm not a belly sleeper, I'm sure that works fine too. It is interchangeable in usage, meaning you can rotate it and use either side of the lengthy side of the pillow for sleeping. But it is one-sided as it is flat on the bottom. 
Every night, I see my husband snuggle into his soft, fluffy pillow, while I glance over at my squared-edge support pillow. The minute I lay down though, I smile at how great it feels to be able to lay down without pain. I wake up happily comfortable every morning. I highly recommend this pillow!

In pain? This is for YOU!

I found it a little hard to get comfortable.  I'm a side and stomach sleeper. I know I know bad sleeping positions for your body. It's great for back sleeping. Side sleeping is ok ,but still have shoulder pain. Stomach sleeping I don't find it comfortable.

Great for back sleepers

Terrible pillow. It is hard as a rock. I gave it a week to soften and tried using for a few minutes and it caused more pain. It feels like you're using a concrete curb for a pillow. Hard enough to use as a weapon if you needed.  The shape/design has promise, but doesn't matter if it's so hard that it causes more pain.
