This is best served heated whole on plate with strong toppings such as chilli, ginger and spring onions or Chinese condiments such as soy sauce and sesame oil. A good standby for a vegan meal.

Good tofu perfect for making scrambled tofu for breakfast. As always with tofu it needs seasoning well. Imitates scrambled egg and very happy

Delicious soft, mild and perfect for broths. Can't recommend enough for recipes like miso soup and sundubu jjigae

Wonderful stuff!

A lot of reviews here complain that the tofu isn't firm. It states that it's silken tofu so obviously it's not going to be those firm tofu that many use in stir fry. I like to eat this fresh raw with grated ginger, soy sauce and spring onion as a fresh side.

Great Tofu, it's silken tofu so not firm

For all the people who complain it is not firm, this is silken tofu, it is great for mapo tofu or dressed with soya sauce, sesame seeds, chives, ginger and rice vinegar as a side dish, also perfect for making deserts or scramble  etc. It is not suitable as a meat replacement, for this you can not use silken tofu.

A good product, however, it did not hold up well in a stir fry.

Questionable as to firmness  however pleasant and cooks reasonably well, price as with most things plant based, steep for what you get

This is good for making sauces, but if you want to use it in a stir fry it takes a bit more effort, you need to press the excess water out of the block, then slice, then dust in corn flour then gently fry, then cut in to cubes. It's time consuming and ony marginally cheaper than couldron

So I know this is silken tofu, but why put "firm" on it when it is nothing of the sort? Very misleading, especially when the word firm is bigger than the word silken. I used it in a stir fry and when I realised it wasn't the type of tofu I was after (got it as a substitute) and realised it was better for scramble or dessert i thought I'd use it as an egg replacement mixed in with the noodles... but nope, tasted awful. Not something I would ever buy again.
