This the best bra I have ever worn!  Previously, I have been wearing Maidenform # 07112. (another racerback style). However, the Modern Demi Racerback Bra is a much better fit!  The straps on style # 07112 are a bit short (even when extended all the way) making it uncomfortable and causing it to ride up a bit.  The straps on Modern Demi Racerback Bra are perfect. Right now, I have at least a half dozen (brand new) # 07112 that I wish I could trade in for this great new bra!  I can't say enough about Modern Demi Racerback Bra!!!

Maidenform

Soft and smooth material, exact fit. I always choose the racerback because regular straps fall off my shoulder. I personally like this over the lacey one. I machine wash my bras in a net and this kind holds up better. I am very specific about buying Maidenform bras. I've tried so many brands and nothing compares.

The front closure bra fits perfectly and the straps stay up. If you have small shoulders and a D cup, buy the maiden form front closure bra. It's perfect.

Front closure bra

My usual complaint about racer back bras is the underwire comes up too high under the armpit or the padding fails at the tip of the wire. Since I use these instead of workout bras, that can be a problem with irritation from movement. This bra has enough coverage and the wire is padded. I don't know how long that will last because the wires sometime manage to poke into the padding so I gave it 4 stars because new it is quite comfortable. I also love the style with the more open breathable back. Also finally thank you for the plastic closure in front as all metals are irritating in the Arizona heat. This bra is not overpadded so it's stays pretty cool also.

Cool comfort

I only wear racerback bras so when saw this one, I thought I'd give it a try. The bra is comfortable and so far, so good. It is pretty from the back and just enough coverage in the front. I wear a 36C and that's what I ordered and it fits well.

Nice Bra

Very pleased with the fit and comfort. Doesn't move around when I exercise or dig in to my body.  Gave it only 4 stars because of the limited color selection. Would definitely buy again.

Modern demi racerback bra

It's pretty. It's comfortable. But the fit is weird - I guess if I had more gravity going, it would be better. But I'm lopping over the top and gapping at the fullest point of the cup. And, as sometimes can be an issue with my beloved front-hook bras, distance between cups is a bit too far.

Pretty, comfy, but not the greatest fit

This is the second Maidenform bra that I have seen this issue in, which will greatly lessen its quality and longevity.  I will try to describe clearly:  The fabric that connects the main center closing clasp to the rest of the bra is flimsy and 'twists' so that instead of the clasp being vertical to your belly button it rests at a 45 degree angle.  It does fasten securely and isn't particularly uncomfortable but over multiple wearings the fabric will not hold up and ultimately fray and break.  Otherwise I very much prefer the Maidenform bras and particularly the racerback.  Sadly, this is the second style that I have seen designed this way and may have to find a different manufacturer for my next order.

Faulty design of center clasp

Not the quality I expected.  Raceback, underwire, front closure....all the features I was looking for. But the clasp is hard to open, and the underwire and cups are harsh, not soft as my other Maidenform racerbacks. Seems like cardboard compared to previous model.

This bra is pretty & very well made, however it's cut so high on the sides that after an hour it was literally cutting into my skin—it's going back. :(
