If you're looking for a small beach umbrella, these will do great.  Unfortunately I will be returning them as they are too small for our needs.  The umbrella in the picture looks much bigger.

Clip-on Beach Chairs

I have purchased many of these umbrellas in years past for our deck. This year I found them to be lighter in weight and not as sturdy. A bit disappointing but still effective.

Good value but not as good quality

Half the size shown in the picture. Low quality. A children's umbrella not meant for a full size lounge chair or even a patio chair. I brought this out once and attached it and raised it. Twenty inches of umbrella and nineteen inches of shaft. Not enough room to have my head under the umbrella while sitting down. 
In exactly forty seven seconds it had flipped open upside down then the thin aluminum shaft bent then broke apart.
And it wasn't a windy day.
But when it's not doing its escape act the colors are pretty
