This arrived in good shape.  It was easy to put together.  I was surprised to see the improvements made to some of the materials used to assemble, compared to the old style.  It's perfect for what I need it for.  I wouldn't use it for anything heavy, especially if it's sitting on carpet.

I purchased two of these for my classroom. The first I bought last school year and I loved it so much I bought another to go with it this school year. Also it is important to note that I teach high school and this product has been tested 🤣

Perfect for my classroom

This shelving unit was just what I needed the size fitted the space we needed it for I added the storage containers which are useful for our needs it fitted together easy happy with purchase at affordable price.

Needed this in my kitchen ….about 30 min to put together…. Great value and it holds lots of extras and smallish appliances ….clears off the counters! Can't beat the price unless you get one already made and free!!

I love this cubby system! As a homeschool, I have a lot of hands on materials and supplies needed for my son and our daily learning. We have a dedicated room as our classroom, but no storage at all. So I purchased two of these cube storage organizers and stacked them to make one tall cubby system. I added some really cute totes to complete the school look and everything works perfectly together.

It was easy to assemble and I am a petite female and I had no difficulties at all. It has great stability and it feels pretty strong for being particle board. I have not have any issues at all with the durability of the shelf system. You get a great unit for a great price. I am very happy I decided to give the Mainstay storage organizer a try.

A must as a homeschool needing storage!

Love this it helped when my gf takes up the whole dresser with her stuff I get a cute thing on my side for my extra clothing and stuff that I have on my side of the bed, was a little hard at first to put together but after figuring it out took no time to put together for the price it's a must get

It would be better if the backing covered the whole cube instead of just 5 of the cubes. Things would not fall out the back and I do not want to have to buy the cube boxes. I want to be able to see my clothes without pulling out a cube tote.

Great price for some extra storage in my closet. I highly recommend reading the instructions and then reading them again before you begin. I've learned from past "assembly required" furniture that you should glue and dowels in place - however, you should make sure the dowels go where you're putting them before gluing. Also, measure the openings before buying bins for them, I ordered what was shown on the page in the "the people also bought these" section - well, what I bought didn't fit and had to return those.

Inexpensive storage

This item is extremely difficult to assemble (and I have assembled hundreds of flatpack items in my time). The assembly process involves stacking the interior and side partitions together in such a way that they have no integral support. It is EXTREMELY easy to break out pieces of the shelves during assembly, which leaves the entire item unusable unless you get creative with epoxy. Basically, the item is delicate as a spiderweb until it is fully assembled, because the ends and the cardboard backing plates are structurally vital.

Once assembled, it is "the okayest". I would not trust the advertised weight ratings; the item is very flimsy and barely maintains its shape even when fully and properly assembled. Spend a little more and get something much better.

Hard to assemble, easy to destroy during assembly

This organizer is horribly made, everything is so cheap. I purchased two of them %26 both fell apart while we were putting them together. Causing the cheap plastic pins and equally cheap fiberboard to essentially disintegrate.
