I took some time to watch this in action over the course of many showers twice a day, and I have to say overall and really pleased with this shower rod. It matches with the aesthetic of my bathroom. It was substantial enough to hold up the shower curtain. And withstand opening and closing multiple times a day from me and my family. It’s matte easy to clean with a wipe down not showing at dirt or grime  but stays in place without having to adjust it. I really enjoy tension rods, and not having to install this with any drilling means the upkeep is so much better and never loosens. I would consider using this for other things in the home as well because they’re just so handy with the adjust. With the full extension to 86 inches it fit my the length of my shower bathtub area well.

Installation was straightforward, no tools, no drilling, which I really appreciated. The matte black finish with the decorative ends looks way more elevated than I expected for the price. It holds a heavier curtain without sagging and feels secure. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to and looks good doing it. Definitely a solid buy.

Curtin rod

Our mishmash bathroom is slowly getting upgraded and a curtain rod wasn’t in mind but now that we’ve got this installed the difference is night and day. The installation was incredibly easy, the finish is very versatile. Though the biggest difference is how smooth our shower curtain pulls now. It hasn’t snagged even a little once. Such a great add to our bathroom!
