Affordable, comfy and easy to clean (leather type). There is no other way to start your first furniture project. This sofa has an acceptable height (not too high not too short) as well as the width, too. It has a very soft touch and a comfortable seats. Includes 2-page assembly instructions which by the way you don't even have to read them. Why? Because it's a simple 3-step assembly. NO TOOLS REQUIRED! Just for safety, have a friend to install the back of the sofa, kinda need some balancing!
This sofa is very light compared to others, I don't know about other people but I'm a skinny guy and my wife, too, so this sofa is holding our weight like babies.
SADLY! the single seat version of this sofa is not available so I had to buy another double seat sofa like this instead.
Actual delivery was faster than scheduled. 
Don't hesitate if you're looking for an affordable leather sofa. Go ahead and buy this one!

Couch is great! Very comfy and easy to put together. Big shout out to the poor delivery man who brought this up 3 flights of stairs. The couch is nice and light, but its too large for one person to easily move it. So thank you FedEx! We really appreciate it!

I purchased this for my small apartment about a year ago. I got to say I love it. It is good quality for the price. It's quite comfortable and the perfect size. Not to mention, it is easy to assemble. The Velcro arms can be annoying since they fall easy if pushed but it comes in handy when trying to take a nap. It also can stain easy but a good cleaner makes it easy to remove.

Love it

Very very great! Its plush but also firm. You sit high up. Theres room for my 3 year old, me and her 6'2 dad on it. Its practical on space and the color/material is beautiful. A dark grey/charcoal I chose. Easiest thing to put together just slide on the back and put the arm rest cushions on the velcro strips and youre done. The fedex worker carried it in himself so not heavy at all either!

Buy it!!

It's not a ba couch. It's not real comfortable (to me) hopefully that will change as it gets more broken in. The only real peoblem I have is how badly the shipping box was damaged and it was taped very well. The couch itself was really dusty when I put it together. I'm not quite sure why but for some reason the arms of the couch are held on by velcro.

Not too bad.

This is a good-looking couch, assembly is super easy,  and a good buy for the money.  My only complaint is that the seat doesn't sit far enough back; however, that may change once the upper cushions (where your back rests) get broken in...

Good Buy

I bought 2 of these love sets and I'm super happy with them. They arrived in great condition and were very easy to put together. Overall I think it was a great purchase.

I like it just a bit smaller than I expected but not too small definitely got it so my kids can't get comfortable on it so it works for me!!! Also easy assembly

It's Fair for its price

I was surprised at the quality of this couch.  The size is between a loveseat and a typical couch.  I suppose that is why they call it an "Apartment Sofa".  Assembly was easy

Great quality.

Really nice for the price.  If I didn't know how much I had paid for it I would assume it was much more. It looks nice and is comfortable. Its a bit firm but not too much. I have slept on it and it was great.

Great value and comfort

Not comfortable at all. I regret buying this. The stuffing come out of the tufting on the area where you sit.
