I feel like it's both on trend and unique. The rug is thick and well made. I can tell this will withstand a carpet shampooer. The pile of the rug makes it comfortable while I'm standing here doing dishes. I love how the length fits perfectly in front of my sink and dishwasher. Decently thick to when I'm standing on it for extended periods my feet don't hurt. My only complaint about it is that on linoleum flooring it will slide very easily...I think putting some sticky backing or glue dots on it will help keep it from moving around as much. Overall satisfied with material and color.

It's not heavy and it flattens out pretty quickly from being folded up, which I was happy about. My dog has definitely been loving laying on it. She thinks it's hers! My problem with this rug is that it doesn't have ANY grip to it!! It is SLICK! I'm currently pregnant and it's been a little unsafe in our space, because it has almost caused me to slip and fall several times just in the few days I've owned it! Yes you can get stuff to put under the rug to help with this but honestly we all know how well that stuff works! It's just going to slowly come out from under the rug and I'll have to constantly readjust the rug just to keep it down. So this part is disappointing,because otherwise I wouldn't have any complaints!
