Can be compact and organized, but also narrow or uneven.

Desk has a stable and solid construction.

Excellent quality and easy to put together. I love the mint green, which is soft. Perfect size and height for my preteen daughter. Plenty of space. We have a cat and bunny who think everything is their play space so the material is great for our house. Even if they sneak on top of the shelves, no scratches are left.

It wasnt that hard to put all the pieces together. I just had to follow the steps in the comes with the desk. But one of the screws wasnt good I had to buy it  at Home Depot. But its beautiful and I am very satisfied . It is exactly beautiful as I saw it in the picture. The wood is superior. You will have to have a screwdriver ready to do everything.

I'm quite happy with the size and space provided with this desk.  As with much of the Mainstay line, I wish the boards were coated on the bottom as well, but still a solid product.  This product requires a screwdriver for assembly (A lot of Mainstay stands have included wrench tools or do not require tools, but this one does not).

A good computer desk for the organized.

I brought this desk for my 13 year old son's room.  I brought the navy blue and grey since his room is in the colors of the iconic Dallas Cowboys. I was very pleased that I ordered the desk with the customer service desk representative due to the fact I could not order online in that color. My order was made on a Friday @ 5pm., and my desk was at my house by that upcoming Monday @ 3pm. "Regular shipping" not EXPRESS.  Very easy to put together and sturdy I am beyond satisfied with Wal-Mart's fast and quality service.

Well Made Desk!

Perfectly sized if you're looking for something small! Just the right size I needed to fit under my window and between my shelves. Also it's such a lovely color! For the price it's hard to beat, simple instructions and design so you can put it together in a snap. Great space for trinkets as well, love decorating it with all sorts of cute things!

It's fantastic for smaller compact rooms as it doesn't take up much space and the side shelves are wonderful, I prefer them over something with a drawer. The only downside is if you're on the taller side and enjoy you're leg room it's a bit of a squeeze but still plenty comfortable enough.

Table delivered earlier then expected. Assembly easy then expected but the top part of desk(in front) did have a dent. Extremely upset with that,only because i couldn't turn it around and try to hide it toward the back. Will purchase another in different color thought for other daughter. Hopefully no dent.

If you are interest in a very basic desk (no drawers) this is an Excelente product , I only wish it had another support on the front bottom, to use it to rest my feet. Rolling the screws was kind of a pain as they require pressure, but we got it done.

Cost / Benefit

Please tape some kind of padding on the corners, if active children will be near this desk.  Otherwise, it is excellent.

A lighter colored desk will make it easier to notice if you've left anything on top of it.

If you use in-store pickup, make sure to bring a shopping cart for it, to the pickup area near the back of the store.  The package is heavy and unwieldy, so carrying it through the store will make you unwary, which may be unwise.

Edges, particularly corners, are very sharp

GARBAGE . MAKE BELIEVE WOOD IS SO CRAPPY , SCREWS WILL NOT HOLD AND STRIP OUT !!
I CAN SEE WHY THEY ARE NO LONGER BEING OFFERED .CHINESE CRAP. A WAST OF MONEY . I HAD TO DRILL THE (WOOD???) OUT AND USE MACHINE SCREWS TO AT LEAST HOLD THE THING TOGETHER . iF IT HAD BEEN MADE WITH HARD BALSA IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER AND HOLD A LITTLE LONGER !!!!!!

The screws strip with handheld driver or power drill. It's advised by manufacturer not to use power drill after step two but it's impossible to drill by hand unless you're the rock. Even drill could not get screw past halfway. Will return as a whole because trying to set it up will definitely drive you to use a saw and lava to destroy and throw it out. Short desk as well maybe good for 11 and under for school purposes if it doesn't fall apart by 3 period.

VERY POOR DON'T BUY
