(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Recently gave these metal shower hooks a go, and they work great. Shower hooks don't usually fail in the short term, but these feel noticeably smoother with their ball-bearing style rollers. They glide without squeaking or jerking, making that familiar shower curtain sound we all know. I've used plastic hooks before, which work fine but tend to break over time and don't look as nice. These hooks have been in place for a few weeks now and still look like new. The hinged design makes them easy to install and remove, and I imagine they'll be easy to clean if needed. Overall, no complaints. Solid quality, they do the job, and look good while doing it.

Effortless and work well!

They are sturdy and sleek but to be honest they weren't the easiest to install and took a little more effort than expected. For that reason I only gave them a 4 out of 5 stars. Once installed they work well and hold the curtains in place sliding smoothly on the rod. They are strong and hold a lot of weight. Overall they are good quality with a slightly tricky installation but do recommend this product.

Nice chrome finish with beaded design

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the Mainstays decorative shower curtain hooks. They are very convenient and easy to install. Just add them into rod. The metal hooks are very good quality and have a rust-resistant coating. They contain decorative beads that look beautiful and help the curtain glide very easily. The hook opening is quite hard, so I find it difficult to open and close, but otherwise they are perfect.

I like them

These hooks do the trick and keep my shower curtain up and hanging nicely. They move without friction and look great too. My only hesitation is something I wished I had realized before buying - because they snap open, it does take more work to put up and take down the curtain when it needs to be washed.

Difficult to open to hang the bar

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The clasp doesn't totally line up properly and the part of the clasp that sticks out is sharp, so it's almost a danger to install! They work fine and do roll the curtain well, but they don't feel super sturdy.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These shower hooks are tough to open, bend easily and are frustrating to close. They look cheaply made and the hole where the pole goes is a little on the smaller side.

The only thing I like about these hooks is that they are light and the beads cannot come off. They're easy to slide through shower curtains, the rod can get scratched due to how small the opening is.
