Good bento box. Nice section in lunch box

Bentobox

These boxes are perfect. I ordered two. They are easy to clean and hold a lot of food. I like the size as well because they are easy to pack in a bookbag and easy to store. The price is great as well!

perfect for kids

walmart.com

larger than it looks like on the picture. the snaps lid feels cheapy, but I hope I am wrong and it will last long

It came broken but still functional. It was annoying because the lid was broken just enough to make closing it doubly hard. If it hadn't been broken it would have been fine.

Okay.

The compartments leak into one another. The lid also doesn't open all the way, maybe only to 90°. I bought two and one broke because the kids dropped it.

Moving On

This is not durable item. I bought this twice in 1 year and lid breaks out both the times. I always handwashed it never put in dishwasher,I just bought it because it easy for kids but not durable.

Not durable

I was really disappointed with this bento box. Despite being advertised as durable, it is not dishwasher safe. After just one wash, the plastic warped and now the lid no longer closes properly. This completely defeats the purpose of a bento box, as it no longer seals or functions as intended. I expected much better quality from this brand. I wouldn't recommend this product unless you plan to hand-wash it very carefully which if you are a busy parent, is not ideal.

Disappointing.

In the listing, it says the item is food safe. I read the label after receiving the item. IT IS NOT FOOD SAFE and has a cancer warning on the back of the label.

NOT FOOD SAFE!

Not for younger children. My son is starting kindergarten tomorrow so I wanted him to practice opening and closing it. He opened it once and broke the hinge.

Fine for older children.

This is not a great bento style lunch box. Price and color were appealing, but the box leaks and the compartments are too small to allow for containers that might prevent this. Maybe we can use for crafts but not for lunch :(

Not a great bento style lunch box

Mainstays Kids Bento Lunch Box, 1 pack rectangular bento lunch container with removable inner tray and 4 adjustable compartments, built-in spoon and fork storage, two child-friendly latches and microwave-safe design. Often used as a compact craft or snack organizer.
