Bought it about 2 months ago. I was worried the plastic might break but it's pretty durable so far. The shower is used daily so there's been lots of chances for these to snap and none have yet. We used the mainstays shower curtain that lets light in, it's fairly light weight as well. I wouldn't recommend the plastic clips with a heavier curtain though just to be on the safe side.

I've bought several sets of these to use around the house for closets that don't have doors anymore. I've been using cloth shower curtains. I thought the ones with the beads would slide better and they do. This one was bought for hanging a butterfly patterned cloth shower curtain on my mom's porch to block sun. Works great for my purpose and attractive too.

I bought these to replace the metal ones that have rusted. I hope it lasts longer.

These are very light and are smooth when opening and closing the shower curtain.  They do not allow the curtain to come loose like the hook type.  Nice color too.  I would recommend.

Bought a month ago, looks good but not very sturdy ,pull on curtain will open them up ,not as strong has the steel ones,but look better for presentation looks

This was a substitution and they are entirely plastic.  I have no idea how long they'll last but my guess is not long.  I almost broke them just installing them!

these hooks look great but are not very sturdy.  the little balls tend to fall off occasionally.  they serve their purpose but I wouldn't buy them again.

not even worth it.  had to buy  better ones to even hang my plastic up sure is heck was not  going to hold the cotton curtain
