Light Blocking

Offers high-quality products at this price.

Effectively prevents light from entering the room.

Made from a material with a soft, smooth texture.

Described as true to website photographs.

Got these for the guest bedroom because this room probably gets the second most light in the house. It says it's blackout but they really aren't. Light does come in but still worth the money. Looks exactly like the pictures. The curtains are made with good fabric (light weight) and well sewn. But at night they make the room very dark and that's what you want.

Worth the money

walmart.com

I ordered these for my son because when his old curtain rod broke he told me he also wanted black blackout curtains but I didn't have a whole lot of money but I found these for very cheap and I was skeptical how well they would work but they work perfect for my son, the only problem which isn't anyone's problem but my own lol it's that I didn't notice it said shimmer until after it was on its way but honestly I forgot all about it again until writing the review because it's not a huge issue and it's not super noticeable I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great value

I absolutely LOVE these curtains!!! I started out buying 1 and now I have 7 in my house! They are great for gothic decor!!! They block out the sun and are a great quality for a great price!

Great for gothic decor!

These are very nice quality curtains. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely recommend them to my friends. They have already asked me where did I buy them!

Curtains

I like the colour's and that these curtains really do block the outside light from coming in at night. The material is a bit thinner than I expected, but for the price it's not bad.

Red Polyester Room Darkening Curtains

Thin, light can still be seen through it. Didn't measure the height because the length is good enough for my needs but the width is inaccurate by about 2 inches each panel, so about 4 inches off in width total. I wouldn't be surprised if the length was also off.

Not a true blackout curtain. Width is also wrong.

I bought these because I needed blackout curtains in a room. The curtains are not sheer but they're far from 99% blackout. I close the endure blinds to help with the heat and still could see light through the curtains outlining the window and blinds. I had none blackout curtains by another brand that blocked more light than these.

On the bright side, literally: Rich merlot color, well executed structually. However, these are not blackout curtains at all. They are thick but not blackout, more like room darkening.

They are nice curtains however, I was expecting them to be BLACKOUT as in the product description and they are not. Booooo!
Photos are from north facing window and not on a sunny day.
Unfortunately I hemmed them so I cannot return them.

Definitely NOT Blackout - Light Filtering at best

The curtains are NOT blackout curtains. The picture attached was taken on an overcast day. Even more light comes through on a clear day.

Not blackout curtains

Mainstays Sheen Rod Pocket Blackout Window Curtains Panel Pair in deep red, 37" x 84", hanging on a silver rod over a window with natural light. The blackout panels have a subtle sheen texture that blocks light and reduces noise. A beige chair with a cream throw and a small ottoman with books and a plant are beside the window in a minimalist room with light gray walls and wood flooring, suitable for enhancing privacy and temperature control.
