It's square and a little larger than my previous plastic strainer which is great.  I like the quality of the strainer and will never buy plastic again.  The drainer for silverware is larger than others which is also handy.   I highly recommend this Dish Drying Rack.

I love this product due to having a small kitchen  and limited Cupboard spaces. It drives all Excess water from my dishes through the sturdy metal frame and can hold more clean dishes than you would think it could. Very very happy with this purchase and the fact it comes with a drain separate for utensils but attached to the product. The price is also worth it by far 💜💯

I love these dish strainers so much better than the plastic ones. They sit down in your sink. You don't have to have it on the counter and as long as you're careful with them and you don't cut up the rubber that covers the metal. You'll never have to worry about it coming apart.

Excellent

I'm so glad Walmart carries this wire dish rack!  I have had such a hard time finding these in the past few years.  I used to get Rubbermaid ones that had a white coating on the wire and had a rubber mat to put under it for drainage, but after many years the coating starts to come off.  I still have the mat, so I was so happy to find the Mainstays brand at a great price and in a size the fits my existing mat!

A good-quality, hard-to-find item

It's  small enough to put in side the sink,  when I'm  not loading the dish washer  only need it for a few dishes  at a time, it fit my needs, no turning colors  no rust or anything  like  that, it's sturdy looks good in the sink, like the fact there is a holder for the silverware and it's stainless steel. Keep in mind it's small not a large  drying  rack.

Small  %26 Sturdy

Purchased the Mainstays Small Dish Drainer Rack as a replacement for my current rack.  This rack does not fit into my rounded corner stainless steel sink .. the corners are square instead of cut at an angle.  Guess I should have thought of that beforehand.  Other than that, it lived up to my expectations.

Doesn't Fit into My Sink

although the item has an attractive look and is good quality for the price it does not fit into the normal double sink which is what I was wanting it for

The measurements were not quite right. The corners are out and squared to it didn't quite fit all the way into the sink well. It will work for now and we will likely be able to bend the corners for a better fit. It was just a surprise. Workable. Is a sturdy product.

The issue with my low overall rating is that this product starts rusting within the first month of use. I started drying it off after each use, but, just having the wet dishes in it causes the corrosion to start. 

For the price, it's worth buying and I do keep replacing them once the corrosion gets to a certain point.

Doesn't last

Awkward  to use and now, after less than 6 months of everyday use, it is RUSTY!  What?!  Thought it was stainless steel, but I guess it isn't.

I say it is awkward to use because of 2 things: the plastic silverware holder and the slanted spaces for the dishes.   The silverware falls over inside of the holder (which I've never had happen before with other dish drainers) because it is too long / wide. 

Also, if you have flat plates, you can get them to stand as they should, but because of the slanted slots it is difficult to get other shaped dishes to fit right.  I need to use a separate drain area for things like bowls.  It's just a poor design, in my opinion.

One more thing:  I prefer to have a drainboard beneath, but this didn't come with one, so I use towels under it.  I almost returned it after my first attempt at using it, and now I wish I had.

Sorry for the negative review, but I don't want others to be disappointed and waste their money.  I've used  dish drainers just about all of my life and never seen nor owned one that rusted!  It's too late to return it or get a refund.
