It's a wonderful bed, but must be braced against wall so that it does not wobble wobbles. Would order again for pre-teen or older, not active young children.

Our 11 yr old wanted this bed for her birthday.  She LOVES it!  She made herself a little girl cave underneath.  Great space saving bed.  It took about an hour for my husband to put this bed together, so that wasn't bad.  Everything was in the box, nothing missing.  We are very happy with this purchase!

Great loft bed

We bought this for my son's tight space at college.  It is perfect - he was able to fit two dressers underneath, and has lots of extra space behind the dressers for more storage.  The bed is very sturdy - no shakiness or noisiness.  It took my son and husband about 2 hours to put together, but it wasn't difficult.  We bought a twin XL comforter to go on it, as we knew it would be hard to make the bed with a wider one.  The twin XL worked well.  It covers the edges of the bed, and he doesn't have to fight with it to make it look neat. We are very happy with this purchase!

A great buy!

I hate assembling things---but, as a single mother it is inevitable. I found that it was very well detailed so that I did not miss any steps. There was one part that I put on backwards but fixed at the completion of the assembly. It did not specify that there was only one way to put it together.
However, I did read all the reviews so I had an idea what to expect.
**the steps hurt children's feet. I went to dollar store and purchase noodles that corresponded to the bed linens for each child.
I would not recommend putting the all the screws in tight until the end because the bed may require manipulating in order to get the screw in on some areas--specifically the top. I also found it easier to stand the bed up and assemble the sides verses keeping it on the floor and standing it up later.

The weight requirements was better in comparison to the competitors. But by the time I ordered the third bed the price increased nearly 60 dollars. I would not spend any more on the bed.

Easy for a mom to put together

Bought this to add additional sleeping for grand kids. Had a queen bed and did not want to remove existing furniture, but needed more sleeping room. The queen bed fits under the bunk in an L shape, width of queen is under the bunk. Works great. It came with a strap to secure to the wall, but it is sturdy enough and with the queen under it, did not feel it was needed. It looks as pictured. Some of the snaps used to secure the rails in the bed, need a strong person, or what worked to get them started and use something to then push them in with. Just used what was handy, but stopped the pinching of skin trying to put them in. Did take a couple of hours to put it together, one male adult, one old grandma, and 3 children. My job was just reading instructions and finding parts and holding things. Children were able to do screws and allen wrench though. So not hard to put it together, was just a little time consuming in our cramped area to put it together, small bedroom with queen bed in there.

I ordered this loft bed for my five year old son to free up some space in his bedroom. So far, we are very happy with it. It is sturdy, and i like the way the safety rails go all the way around without any opening. It took him the day to get use to it, and now he thinks he's a pro. I rated this a 4 star and not a five because of the rails on the ladders going up. They are thin and do hurt your feet. I had read about this in other reviews and had bought some pool noodles to put on during assembly and now it's perfect. My son loves his new bed and we couldn't be more happy with it.

AWESOME LOFT BED

The product is what is expect for this cost. It is easy to assemble. The material is light and easy to move around. You can tell that it is cheaply created by how thin the metal is. But for young kids and a small space it serves its purpose. Highly recommend it for teenagers and below or a small adult. The bed weight limit is 250 pounds so you can see why the limitation on adults. You are only able to brace on one side so be careful on where you place it.

It works

Bought this so that we could fit a queen size bed in a T shape underneath. Theres not many full size loft at this price so thats good. I was able to do the construction myself for the most part however needed my 7 years olds assistance once about halfway through. In total it took me about 6 hours alone but the first hour and half was spent trying to undo many mistakes. Pay really close attention to photo details as some positions are implied and not explained. Also it operates off  letter stickers to identify parts and tools and we had about 4 stickers missing so it added to the stress. Try your best to hand tighten the screws before using the tool! Itll help. The bed does hold the weight and seems sturdy so as long as you truly tighten all the many many screws. Be warned however it is wobbly. Also the dimensions are a bit off, its suppose to fit a full size mattress however the mattress fits very very tight! It is really hard to fit sheets and blankets on since there is no wiggle room. This could be more difficult for a used mattress. Big downfall. Lastly its looks great having the metal bar surround the bed however it should have had an opening near the ladder as my 7 year old is learning to get used to the hard metal and climbing over the rail to get in and out. Definitely banging her shins. Also Im hoping to find some cushion type things to put on the rail. The metal is tough. In all, You get what you pay. Hoping to have this for a few years until the kid out grows the bunk bed phase.

Tight full size dimensions

Construction is fairly easy, but very annoying with all the pieces that could have been easily assembled by the company before shipping. 

The bed looks just like the picture and I'm pleased about that. The only major downfall is that this bed it very  rickety. It sways from left to right whenever there is movement on the bed. That swaying comes along with a creeching metal sound. 

I would not recommend this bed for adult size people.

Cute but  rickety

After assembling, we realized that one must climb over the rather high railing to get onto the bed. That creates a slight danger and is quite difficult for some as the railing is at least 8 inches high depending on the mattress. The better loft beds have a space or cut-off to easily enter the top area of the bed.
A good price but poor design. Walmart let me return it with no problem. 5 stars for Walmart's customer service and policy!
