They are nice & spicy but not too hot, just right. They are large & very delicious.

Italian sausage.

This was my first time trying this product and I was rather surprised by how good they actually are. They are huge! I used one crumbled and fried on top of homemade pizza, along with mushrooms and peppers and it was soooo yummy! I used 2 more for some Italian sausage and peppers over rice and  cooked in the crock pot and the 4th one with scrambled eggs salsa and melted cheese in a quesadilla . Very good product, great taste and worth the cost. Great value for my money! Will purchase again!

I don't know whether it's Italian or not as I have no experience of authentic Italian flavor, but I love this   , taste great, easy to store, easy to prepare.
