It works fine as a bench if you want to work on your arms and upper body but the integration of the leg workout module is pretty bad. It's impossible to lay flat on your belly while working out your hamstrings because the bench and the knee pad roller are at incompatible heights. This isn't adjustable. There is also a very limited range of motion for leg exercises. I would have purchased something else if I had known. The assembly process was very time consuming so I didn't want to take the trouble to return this to Walmart.
