I absolutely love this rice, it's so tasty by just cooking it in water with a drop of extra virgin olive oil. I usually cook one cup after washing it with two cups of water on low heat for 30 minutes after reaching a boil on high while fluffing in between. Then let it sit with the lid covered for 10 minutes. I add it to salads, eat it on its own as a side and just used it with a stir fry today too. It's solid enough to not become too mushy for the stir fry.

This rice is hearty enough to eat on its own yet blends so well with anything you want to serve with it
I hope it will always be available, i don't want to change back to any other Rice.

Found the PERFECT  rice

This is one of the best rices I have ever had. I really love rice, but this black rice berry rice is simply amazing. Super easy to cook. I cook it like pasta.  I put it in a pot of water let it boil till it's how I like it. Just strain the water out, let it sit in the pot for 20 minutes, fluff it, and it's absolutely perfect. This rice can go with any meal. It's a perfect rice. It's also good for a diabetics. it doesn't have as much sugar as normal rice and very high in fiber. please don't ever stop selling this at Walmart!
