came damage and broken  and defective

being vacuum packed distorted the chair, not a good idea. it did not eventually form like it should of .  arm is permanently distorted . not enough cushion materials, in my opinion.  colors were vibrant , subject cute. i just didn't think the quality was there.

Came with a pink mark on it like someone drew on it kinda disappointed

Just as pictured didn't expect anything more or less. For the price, I don't think it's worth it unless your child is fan of the character like mine.. Extremely thin material and more stuffing could definitely be added to get your moneys worth. Still super cute and easy for a toddler to use!

It comes in so squished that it doesn't recover.

It does not look like it does on the picture. It seems like it is supposed to have a separate pillow on the back. It doesn't. It's misleading.

Item arrived and was stuffed by being folded in half in a box way too small. Item was flattened and droopy.
