Martin 11 btu DV Unit arrived with damaged outer cover, dented from the inside, , bent frame that cover slides onto.  Shipping box was undamaged , inner foam packaging was intact too. Most likely it was packaged damaged,  Installed was able to repair cover slide and install. Its difficult to review anything that comes out of the box damaged, so I won't comment on the performance.
